1)T.V. informercial for this herbal product.  $9.95 for shipping and handling which is supposed to be a 30 day free trial offer.  NOT SO. Recurrent shipments and charges are then charged to your credit card account.

2)2/2/2/2010-ordered product.  Billed and charged $9.95-Shipping and Handling.  Called 2/8/2010 to cancel.  Order received 2/8/2010 and was  returned unopened 2/8/2010.  Without my express permission I was enrolled in several other "Up Sales" which I have had difficulty in canceling.  You have several "LAYERS" of other "Offers" associated with the purchase of your product which I did not want and told the first customer service rep.  She enrolled me anyway and told me I could cancel in thirty days.  IF ANY OF THESE ENTITIES CHARGE MY CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION THE INTEREST RATE WILL GO UP.  I WANT CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION

3)Up Sales are:

This is indeed a scam ... I became suspicious when two separate packages arrived. Why two postal deliveries, at the same time, and from the same company ? This was clearly from a bunch of money grabbing reprobates who weren't interested in you, your health or even their product, They were after your money, and have for the time being found a way to get it. But it won't last !
I immediately phoned the fraud section of Visa Debit. They told me that if this company withdraws funds from my account, they're systems have now been alerted and programmed to debit the money straight back into my account.

So if you have just placed an order, or have had funds taken from your bank. Simply call Visa, who should then adopt the same measures I have just explained.

Gosh, having to pay almost £150 every fortnight for a load of pills ... I doubt whether they were born yesterday, but there again neither was I.

    Adrian ...

I too ordered the product and went so far as saying yes to all the other sales they had, knowing I could cancel with in 30 days. After not receiving the colon flow after three weeks, I decided to cancel because I knew they would charge me the following week. It's now been four weeks and I still haven't received the colon flow, but I have received the other offers. I didn't bother to call the company to  cancel, I just went to the bank and cancelled my card because I knew they couldn't be trusted. That's what everyone should do, it's a lot easier to cancel your card, then trying to talk with these people.

Thank you all for the comments. ..i almost blindly fell for this scam!  It sounded too good too be true, so I went to the good old internet and saw All of the complaints!  Then, I called and messed with their heads, just like I mess with salesmen and telemarketers. Make em think they got you, then back off, . Repeat the process a few times and when really get pushy, ya hang up! I know it's bad but I was scammed a long time ago by a simular deal and got caught up in layer after layer of cross marketing. ...I get pleasure from this!

Anyone in the UK, you can call your bank and cancel the recurring payment, some banks are not fully aware of the law which is a bit worrying as it was introduced in November 2009! You do not have to cancel through the company you can get your bank to prevent payment (if they make one then they the bank are liable to pay you back if any money is taken after you have informed them to cancel it)

What do the Payment Services Regulations 2009 say?
On 1 November 2009, the Payment Services Regulations 2009 came into force.
By citing the specific parts that prove your right to cancel under law.
The law makes it very clear that card providers and banks have to stop recurring payments if requested to do so by their customers.
They also make it clear that the consumer can do this without having to inform the company who was taking the payments.
    That's Payment Services Regulations 2009, regulation 55 parts 3 and 4.
The law also specifies that card providers and banks that fail to obey their customers' instructions must refund any payments that occur after the request.
Any fees that may have been incurred must also be refunded.
    That's Payment Services Regulations 2009, regulation 61.
I had given my details for free trial but managed to cancel with natwest today.
