1)T.V. informercial for this herbal product. $9.95 for shipping and handling which is supposed to be a 30 day free trial offer. NOT SO. Recurrent shipments and charges are then charged to your credit card account.
2)2/2/2/2010-ordered product. Billed and charged $9.95-Shipping and Handling. Called 2/8/2010 to cancel. Order received 2/8/2010 and was returned unopened 2/8/2010. Without my express permission I was enrolled in several other "Up Sales" which I have had difficulty in canceling. You have several "LAYERS" of other "Offers" associated with the purchase of your product which I did not want and told the first customer service rep. She enrolled me anyway and told me I could cancel in thirty days. IF ANY OF THESE ENTITIES CHARGE MY CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION THE INTEREST RATE WILL GO UP. I WANT CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION

and to the "few and far between" who state they've had excellent service, just remember, these customer service reps are most likely paid a commission based on product sold. good service or not, they are still swindling the masses. like myself, we want to trust everyone is as honest as we are.
a friend of mind was in need of quick money and interviewed (and subsequently hired) for a job at a local call center but decided she couldn't go thru with it due to the amount of deceit they asked of her. and she needed the money desperately; however good morals and values won out.
MY POINT BEING: THESE CALL CENTER EMPLOYEES AGREE TO MISREPRESENT!!!!!
