1)T.V. informercial for this herbal product. $9.95 for shipping and handling which is supposed to be a 30 day free trial offer. NOT SO. Recurrent shipments and charges are then charged to your credit card account.
2)2/2/2/2010-ordered product. Billed and charged $9.95-Shipping and Handling. Called 2/8/2010 to cancel. Order received 2/8/2010 and was returned unopened 2/8/2010. Without my express permission I was enrolled in several other "Up Sales" which I have had difficulty in canceling. You have several "LAYERS" of other "Offers" associated with the purchase of your product which I did not want and told the first customer service rep. She enrolled me anyway and told me I could cancel in thirty days. IF ANY OF THESE ENTITIES CHARGE MY CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION THE INTEREST RATE WILL GO UP. I WANT CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION

I have contacted trading standards.
And I will not be letting them get away with this....
To the rest of you, please do this too! So they cant carry on doing this to people!
Dear sir/madam,
A consumer protection distance selling regulations 2000
I recently bought a free trial from your company; natural health network.
The product was Colon flow and Slim vida. The website stated they would cost £2.49 each, so I made my order on............
I received two bottles of the supplements, although I contacted the natural health network through email regarding the colon flow as it came quite late.
I was not told I would be receiving any more goods or any additional payments would be taken from my account without permission.
I was not sent a copy of the terms and conditions in paper form, nor was I asked to check a box which claimed I had read them.
On the................ I contacted my bank as a payment of £69.95 had been taken out without permission from me. The lady from my bank confirmed it was colon flow.
I am very confused as to why you think you have the rights as a seller to take money for a product which you have not even supplied to me?
And if the payment is for the free trial, then it is not actually a free trial and you are lying to your customers, which is against trading standards policy.
On the.............I contacted Natural health network asking to unsubscribe and for my money to be refunded, I was denied that right.
I am now seeking further advice from trading standards and will carry on with further action till this is resolved.
I have received no further products apart from the free trial, so I want and expect a full refund of my money £69.95.
My order number is.................
Yours sincerely
slim vida scam
They charged £140 ($219) before I noticed it was gone
I then cancelled future orders and they charged another £140 ($219)
What should I do?
I have 4 bottles not even opened and they are refusing refund
First of all, not all consumers order trough telesales, there are indirect purchase opportunities where the information provided is not satisfactory for fare trading.
Secondly your language utilised in your post reflects exactly the level of education and intelligence, which by the way must be pretty poor. If you would carry out a research, you would find out that yes, it is in the limits of legal trading whatever this company is doing, however only in USA. Other European countries do have more strict legislation when it comes to this sort of trading.
Thirdly, I am working in a sales company as a Learning Specialist who is actually training the people like you, and in all-honesty our company policy is against behaviour as yours, furthermore our companies reputation is more important than allowing ourselves to make revenue trough scams like this. They do say " it is easy to win a customer but it is harder to build and have loyal customers".
In the end of the day Cheech MInus Chong whoever you are, be so kind and drive around your BMW x5 and get lost with your bullsh..... as you make me puke from the stupidity of yours ( tried to my best to lower to a [***] level in my post hoping that at least the last part was understandable for you )
Sincerely a person who knows both sides of the story .
