I have repeatedly received phone calls from an Indian Call Center caliming to be representatives of a Law Firm, ACS. I have done some research into this "firm" and have found it to be completely fraudulent. DO NOT give any information to these people and forward any information you have to the FBI...

    I guess at least they are not telling me I owe them money, but they keep calling my work phone line and asking for a Daniel. When I tell them I don't know a Daniel, they ask me for the best number to reach Daniel...??? Really...??? How am going to give you a number to reach Daniel, when I don't know Daniel???  They are the rudest people. One time when I was trying to get answers out of them (they have called at least 6x) the lady yelled at me...."dont interupt me again"! What? Interupt you?!?! Get a clue!!! The last time I spoke with them, I let them know I was calling the Police and Filing a lawsuit....

    I am receiving phone calls from a process server that claims I took out a payday loan in 2009 from Cash Net and never paid.  I remember paying with my income tax that year, but of course I don't have a record now.  She say that she is going to come to my job, friends house, my home, and anywhere they can to serve me with a court summons.  She left messages with my brother in law, aunt, and my employer telling them that I committed check fraud and was going to be served.  When I spoke to her (Kim Washington) I asked if she could provide me with proof of the debt.  No paperwork coukd be given.  I am not going to pay for something that I have already paid for.  What can I do.  I do not want my family or friends to keep being harrassed on my behalf.  I also do not want my boss to keep coming and asking me all my business because this woman is telling him this crap.

    WARNING! THE INDIAN ACCENTED ACS IS A FRAUD! I got in contact with the REAL ACS at 888-878-5206 and they helped me with everything. They explained about the people in india hacking into their system, calling people, taking their money and getting away with it. The 888 number DOES NOT do that. They get your final statement on file before a company is about to sue you or whatever your case is. any number from 888 or 877 IS the real ACS

      really. you must work for them because there are too many complaints out there on serveral websites all over the contry to not trust this company at all. one fake good comment wont change the minds of the people you screwed over.

    i have had these people contact me at job and at a house that i moved out of about a year ago.  he said his name was James Brown.  Are you serious?  The god father of soul!!!!  he called with a 1-707-2-2-9014 and of course when i called back it didn't work.  then Jean call with a 1-714-439-3476 from corp office.  both of them said they sent me emails about this so i asked to have it sent back cause i was sitting in front of my computer and he said 10 minutes and transfered me to the head lawyer and he said he would send it within the hour and they never sent anything.  now this acs is calling now all of the people sound the same and his name is chris willman and want me to send a letter with all my info on it including a pic of my license and a debit card info.  they told me that i had to pay before they could send me any info about who i owe.  oh and the amount started as 500 and then it went down to 250.  they are full of crap.

    yeah they called me wouldnt tell me client name or how much i owe very rude said they was comin to my work to but me jail for 6 months if i did give them my attorney ifforamation called my attorney bout it when they call you back tell them they got to send you a letter statein what charges are against you. i did he just mad as hell and hung up

    Well, looks like the gang is still here.Called home,cell and work with the same tactics, only asking price was 840.00 which they were willing to negotiate. However,they couldn't say what date this loan was taken out or the amount.People are desperate.The ACS office reported is in Los Angeles,however they are calling from 415-358-1694, which is a San Francisco number. Glad I'm not crazy and I immediately found this site

      Yes they're also calling from 814-352-0205 number as well. I already have my place of employment tracing the calls and they're forwarding to the FBI. Not that has helped.

      Now its the office of Michael Ziegler,,,,(east indian voice) transferred twice.to a Michael St Clair.

      Lucky the police were here to listen to the call and again DO NOT give any information. HE hung up on me.

      I did call back and ask why they hung up on me. No answer.

    they called  me today   i have taken a loan out   but i check  may  bank   records and   never  got the  500
    from  cash advance   and   being  my  dad is  sick and  i always  have alot  going on  they told me
    i will get locked up   at  my work  so  i  payed  375  because  so upset  ,,just not  thinking  ,  i used  a green dot
    money pak  will they help me get my money back   some one  please help .

    Yeah they called me too. I called them on their BS and told them to go ahead and send the police. I then started calling them all day. Every moment I got. They eventually started answering the phone very exasperated with me and told me I would receive no more calls. So far....so good.

    All - Please ignore calls from Robert King with ACS.  Perhaps we all should flood their call center to request payment for ???? 510-214-8398

    This company called me at work I called back and was placed on hold for 15 minutes so I hung up and called back spoke to a man and could not really understand him.  I informed him I could no longer hold and became very upset then he hung up on me.  I called back and every time I am disconnected.  I have a pay day loan and not past due on anything.

    on 5/15/12 at 3:35 I received a phone call from 323-362-6015 stating that I was going to be arrested for Defrauding a cash advance company called Cash Advance America.  The fake attorney name was Baxter Cruz and he said he was with ACS Law Firm.  He spoke in a VERY heavy India accent.  he said I had 3 charges of defrauding the banking industry and I was going to be arrested.  I asked how I could avoid being arrested and he said I could go get a pre paid card and send them funds in the amount of 1400$.  I told him I didnt have that but might be able to do 200$.  he said that would keep me out of jail.  I told him I had to get dressed and I would place him on hold while I did and went and got the money becasue he said he would wait on hold while I did. I placed him on hold and researched on the internet for ACS Law firm.  All said SCAM.  So i contacted the FBI who gave me some sound info, then contacted my bank and employer.  I then told the person on the phone that I knew he was a scammer and he ADMITTED he was and told me to [***].  He was going to catch a flight and come and KILL me.  I told him he didnt know where i was and that he was perfectly welcome to come in from INDIA and do what he thought he had to.  He asked which city.  (Idiot, admit your in india why dont you) And told me I was going to get it.  I hung up on him.

    So, I got the random email that is in one of the comments, I tried to call the number but blocked my line so that they couldn't register it and start harassing my family. They didn't answer 4 times. I found the number for the actual company and it is 888-878-5206 and spoke with someone there. They told me that if I didn't personally request the email that it isn't from them, and not to trust the number. She told me that they would have sent me mail. Don't trust the emails!
