I have repeatedly received phone calls from an Indian Call Center caliming to be representatives of a Law Firm, ACS. I have done some research into this "firm" and have found it to be completely fraudulent. DO NOT give any information to these people and forward any information you have to the FBI...

    I too have been receiving these threatening calls at work. I told the I knew it is a scam and I am not paying you anything. They tried to hold up all phone lines at work. My boss had took phone off line.

      Well they are still at it - they must be making a lot of money -  I got 2 emails from them this morning -two different case numbers but the same amount and worded the same - and gotta love it when they sign it United States of Attorneys -  One of them called me at work the other day and i told him him they were nothing but bottom feeding scammers and that i wasn't giving them one penny - he started to get  rude - and I answered back - You know what - you can go F##k yourself and hung up on him - they have not called back

    Make sure this is the company calling you and not some cheap scammers.

    The name ACS or American Consumer Services is actually a legitimate company with A+ Rating from the Better Business Bureau.

    I'm one of their happy clients.

    I am getting messages through my email stating I owe money they will not provide me wih a phone number they want me to go get a One Vanilla prepaid card at walgreens andload up money what to do please help.

    How do these people know your phone# and your personal info??? This guy left a message saying i need to pay them for there services. I said to myself What services they havent done anything!!
