I signed up for 4 posters @2.00 each and was billed $32.48. I called to cancel the membership immediately 0n 10/18/07, they had already debited my account for another $48.00 which showed up after I had called. This charge was for two posters that I did not order. I called after the first charge and she said I could return the posters and I would be credited the original $32.48, I agreed to keep those not knowing they had already shipped 2 more for $48.00 more. The attorney general should shut down their web site.

They just charged my account on Oct 27nd for $79 & I never authorized this.  I cancelled months ago!  Calls to them have gone unanswered & straight to voicemail as well.  What a scam!  I am calling my bank to dispute this charge from them.

I filled a form out online through a third party to receive 3 posters for free. I received the posters but then my card was charged on three separate occasions for $38.00 or more. I called Peel inc. and was able to get my account credited back the money. Nine months later, I have been charged $80.00 but I have never received any more products from them. I called last night and was told by Beverly Simmons that the charges were cleared from my account but today I checked my account and the charge went through.

So for you people that say read the terms, tell me were in the terms it says the company will indiscriminately  charge your account? I have reported the charge to my bank as fraudulent and I am closing my account on that card. I strongly suggest that anyone who has done business will Peel inc., whether it is Posterpass.com or any of the other multitude of companies they claim to be an umbrella for, cancel your card. Besides, have you looked at their BB revue? Over 1400 complaints, most are about fraud. The Attorney Generals office has six complaints of their own.

I have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office, the Better Business Bureau and I would like to get a class action suit started against the company. If there is a law suit pending or you would be interested in joining a class action suit, please contact me at:

Oh well, it seems that if my hubby would have checked this company out before ordering we would not be in the predicament that we are in.  What has happened to us is what has happened to all the other people complaining on this site.  We ordered and then cancelled, and three months later they charge us 79.00 to ship us posters that we didn't order.  And of course there is no email to contact them, and their "representatives" are always busy.  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.  I imagine it a small operation probably working out of an apartment somewhere in Illinois, and they send you cheap crappy posters so that they can feed themselves, and pay rent.  EVERYONE GO ONLINE AND FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB. Then go to yor bank and file credit card fraud, and request a new card.

I have an email from them that says I canceled March 30, 2009.
Last week, they charged me $79.00. When I called, I was also told that it was a glitch in their computers. Their exact words. They said I would be receiving a box of posters and to return the posters and I would get a full I'm going to the bank to dispute the charges. I'm very angry that they scammed me and everyone else. It's a hassle to deal with just because they are a bunch of [***].

I just happened to go to my checking account and see a $79 charge to posterpass (made using my debit card number). I haven't even ever heard of them before, much less gone to their website. I'm currently unemployed and trying with everything I have to stay afloat, and now this? I have left a message for someone to call me, but I doubt that will happen. I will certainly make a complaint with the BBB. What bothers me the most is that I see these other entries about complaints were made in 2007 and this is the end of 2009 and its still going on. Crap, I'm worried!

Still have not received refund of $119.40 which was due in April of 2009.
They only have answering machines and will either tell you they are closed or leave a number and they will call back which they do not do.  Definitely should be investigated.

I cancelled my membership with these clowns in May.  In November, I start getting billed again.  I am now in Iraq, and if this crap is being shipped to my home of record, I have no way of knowing.  I am going to dispute every charge these scumbags make on my card, and when I get back to the states, I will contact the BBB and my state AG.  These guys are obviously crooks, and need to be shut down.

I got scammed for $79 after clicking on some ad on Facebook and fell victim to this scam.  I contacted the scam company by phone and was able to get them to "cancel" my account "again".  I am going to change my credit card number to prevent them from doing this again.  The president of the company emailed me to let me know that they will be refunding my money.  Here is his contact information if anyone would like to contact them.

Here is some contact information for the "President" of this bogus company. Let's see if we can inundate his email inbox with all of the complaints against his scam artist company.

Here are the links to the BBB in Chicago.  If you have been scammed, this is where you need to start.  Do not go for binding arbitration.  Stick to your guns and get your money back.

I just went to the Peel website.  It is a cheap, shoddy affair.  It does claim some reputable companies as clients.  I'm sure that Peel's client list would love to hear what a fine piece of work these guys are.  Have you been ripped off by these clowns?  Hit them back where it hurts, in the wallet.  Go to http://peel.com/peel_v1/partners.html and write e-mails to his partners.  None of Peels clients will want to associate with a two bit huckster like this, and if enough people complain, they will go down.  This is one of the few times in life when you can chose to do the right thing and get even at the same time.
