I signed up for 4 posters @2.00 each and was billed $32.48. I called to cancel the membership immediately 0n 10/18/07, they had already debited my account for another $48.00 which showed up after I had called. This charge was for two posters that I did not order. I called after the first charge and she said I could return the posters and I would be credited the original $32.48, I agreed to keep those not knowing they had already shipped 2 more for $48.00 more. The attorney general should shut down their web site.

So i was charged with 80 dallors and sent two poster AFTER I had cancelled my susbcrispition months prior. Ill admit I was upset, I tried getting ahold of them via phone and email, to no prevail. I tried for over a week calling repeatedly. I finally got through today and was able to explain my situation with the operator. Although I would not do buisness with this company again the operator was eager to help and very pleasant to speak to. She claimed there was a billing error having to do with a new system ( how true that is who knows?) but she did apologize and without question claimed I would be refunded my full amount. Although others have complained about refunds taking forever in themselves I must reconize the operator was a brief moment of relief and assurance. Just thought id share me expeirance with you.

I don't know how I ordered these.  I received a picture of a kitten and a picture of man scaling an iced over waterfall.  I thought they were neat and gave them away then saw two charges of $79 each within one week.  I am trusting that my credit card company will somehow get it removed. If not, this company needs to be sued in a class action suit. There must be many that have never reported this.  Seniors like myself sometimes miss some small print or press on something after ordering something that will order something else on the same card. Let's call an attorney who can deal with such company.

Fair is Fair.  I contacted Poster Pass by phone and got nowhere.  I contacted the Chicago BBB, and Brian Dale by email.  I got a full refund.  It is obvious that you will need to go to the BBB, and document everything, but you can get your money back.

Here's more info...the parent company is PEEL Co. also in Illinois. File suit with the BBB for both PosterPass and Peel Co. Then file suit with the Attorney General in Illinois.  I had to cancel my account and get all new debit cards. I'm going to call them every time I'm having a bad day, someone cuts me off, making them my new stress relief. I contacted Facebook and MySpace too, since that is where I got linked into these idiots. I plan to keep this up until they are out of business or I die. On weekends, I'm plugging the number into my fax machine so it calls them over and over and over. Screw 'em back...that's my motto.

I received a 34.00 refund,...for 160.00 of fraudulent charges,...this is BS I not satisfied,...where did they even get this number,..."Oh, we'll just refund some of the money so that we might still rip him off" NOT these guys are plain thieves.

Samething happened to me.  Got the posters, cancelled my membership well over a year ago and now I see they charged my credit card for $79 on 11-27.  Tried calling them and get that all there agents are busy and leave a message and they will call me back.  I have left 20 messages today and have filed with the Chicago BBB and the FTC.
