From here, it's clear that nts.net is the company responsible for the presence on cardholder.virtualcollector.net. And in particular a VP by the name of "Dan H. Coleman", who also has a connection to scammers.

    Who is Dan H Coleman?
https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-800-999-4999 leads us to some suggestions, because when you call the numbers that people on that page provided... They represent themselves as "cardholder services" when asked, but when you question them further about being removed from the list. They think, your getting "phone sex" messages on your phone, and so the 'employees' are totally confused when you tell them about Rachel.

They provided me with a company name of "Spectrum Associates" more on this is a minute.

Who is nts.net AKA "NETWORK TELEPHONE SYSTEMS INC." AKA Cardholder Services?

Their a CA "hosted VOIP" company. They hire mostly from techies, they seem to be a CA company who would have the technical feasibility to make all these websites, in large numbers.

The irony here is that "NETWORK TELEPHONE SYSTEMS" was shut down in the state of CA in the last couple yrs, but not their websites (as well as registration to cardholderservices.biz) still remains.

I also dug up their ACTUAL address.  It is "21135 ERWIN STREET CA", you can tell this is correct (or was correct within the last few years), by going to google maps and looking at street maps at that address. Low and behold, there is a big NTS sign up front. Mr Coleman seems to have some relation to the renting of this lot as well.

My question for all you is, if NTS was shutdown, how is it they can still have a web presence at nts.net, cardholder.virtualcollector.net is beyond my knowledge.

So back to this "Dan H Coleman" guy for a moment here.

This guy, seems be a lawyer (he is registered with the California BAR association), and is a VP at nts.net. In addition to this, it appears that he maybe related to a FL company called "DHCfinancial inc", I don't have time to list all the info on this company, but by googling for it, you will find others who have made the connection to cardholder services as well. The thing that seemingly relates "DHC is that his name is "Dan H Coleman", since those are his initials.

My theory is, this guy is the "evil lawyer" who is deceptively building these seemingly highly deceptive /hard to track businesses.

Okay, now back to the "Spectrum associates" and that phone sex number I linked above.

I found a court filing (which I can't find now), but luckily I copied it. It listed the defendants in the court case as follows:

    Full Spectrum Telecommunications, Inc.
    National A-1 Advertising, Inc.
    Network Telephone Services, Inc.
    SPG Solutions, LLC
    UTEL Networks, Inc.
    Teligence (US), Inc.

Funny how, "Network Telephone Systems" and "Full Spectrum Telecommunications" are both listed as defendants in a court filing.  I have *not* put in a ton of research into these companies, but based on the fact that I have two names from that defendant list, I would not be surprised if the others are not also playing a part in this.

Thats basically the extent of what I have figured out. Again, this is only for cardholder services. I do not know anything about the 50+ other "customers" of mr Igor Cadez, but I am willing to bet, mr Cadez knows mr Coleman quite well considering their both in CA.

I printes out these pages, but
Oh, Oh! I have to look something up in particular about Minnesota that relates to all this.

Wiki-Corp is temporarily down, and I want to see Co-defendants: Igor Cadez and Aliso Viejo’s collection of domestic and foreign shell companies. And that’s key to your comment, “guilty of anything”, and since birds of a feather flock together!!
We the American Consumer have right of Private Action- right to ask questions, view public documents, report & make posts about suspicious “companies, businesses“, and their owners for our protection!
I’ve been communicating  with some other anti-scam reporting sites, hoping they will take more interest in all this.
I’ve been using scamwarners Forum Private Message to communicate, but you have to create a user account.

Based on Nate's post, I looked up NTS (http://www.nts.net/) and called their main number (800-PICK-NTS). From there I found their Billing number -- (800) 542-2255.

When I called the Billing number, someone answered the phone "Cardmember Services, how may I help you?" She sounded really friendly, so I just asked if she could remove my number from the call list. She said "No problem!" and asked for my number.

She asked whether I was receiving calls, texts, or both. I told her just calls. She read my number back to me and said, "OK, this number has been put on the Remove List -- please give it about 5 business days before you completely stop receiving calls."

I said thanks, and she said "You're welcome, have a great day!" I couldn't be more surprised. So, we'll see in a week whether it actually worked. Either the calls will stop or I'll start getting twice as many, ha.

The good news though is that this proves a direct connection between NTS and Cardmember Services. So, if the calls don't stop, I can file a complaint with the state AG and the FTC and give them a specific company. Onward and upward! Hope this helps  --  Jamie

Sounds like time for PAYBACK Hour... Every week we get together a list of the top ten #'s that keep calling and once a week at a specific time like dinner time, get all the people we can to just call them over and over and hang up on them...  should make a small mess of their phone systems for an hour.

I have received calls from these people almost everyday for three months. I am buying an air horn for the next caller. I have filed complaints with the do not call list. I do have a number all you can call and leave a message.  971-295-9768

I have tried to no avail to get these calls to stop. They call from so many different numbers which makes it impossible to block their calls. I have pressed "3" to stop receiving the calls...I have called the number on my caller ID back which lead to an automated voice asking one to enter your number to stop receiving calls - again, it didn't work. Finally, I started pressing 1 to talk to a live person to tell them to stop calling. The first time, the girl just hung up on me right away. The second time, a guy answered and told me that "he has not been rude to me, so please do not raise my voice with him." At that time, I told him that I will raise my voice as much as I want if that's what it takes to get these calls to stop. You know what he said???...and I quote..."Guess who's getting 15 calls a day now, B!TCH!" And then he hung up.

To think that I have no recourse for this harassment is beyond me. Someone really needs to do something.

Try calling the number below. This is answered as "AWD". Advise them you are contacting your attorney general. See if that helps.

You have an unusually clear grasp of the situation.
Why is it ok for them to harass us, especially our
Senior Citizens, but not for us to retaliate.
Too many people say that "They will get theirs",
BUT WHEN!!! And then back to your solution, I for one like it.

The number will get you "AWD" which is, according to the woman I spoke with the same as "card member services". She seemed a little put out that I called but assured I would be removed from their list after I told her I was forwarding all my information to the State Attorney General. Time will tell.

I am wondering if filing an FTC complaint against the AWD number will work - I think I will try that.   Today I answered with 1 and got a real person.   I lied about qualifying (I don't) and refused to give a number giving the reason that I didn't know what the company was.   She responded that it was the world's largest company and my number was protected by law.   I said I didn't believe it and then she eventually hung up.   I was pleasant and my purpose was to keep her on the line as long as possible.  I have done the "3" thing as well as am on the do not call list with no result.
And since I have an idea of approximately where this place is, I might just take a drive to check it out.

Here's most of what we have on AWD- if you can find which "biz" address  is reported as just a vacant parking lot or dirt lot, post the info! Thanks,

Ambrosia Web Design/Concord Financial Advisors, LLC
Will the real Chris Ambrosia please stand up?
Which alias name will he be using today?
      Chris Ambrosia
      Leroy Castine
      J. Costine
      J. Cestine, Lee Cestine
      J. Custine
Lee Castine has a criminal record-
Ambrosia Web Design’s (AWD) collection of “affiliate companies”

AFB, LLC (website recently disappeared) 3021 S Woodruff, Mesa, AZ 85212,  800-525-2956, 602-620-1460

      Concord Financial Advisors, LLC 123 Baseline Rd, D208, Tempe, AZ 85283 888-583-1956, 888-654-2988, 800-525-2956, 602-620-1460, 480-703-5818, 480-981-0138.

So, which one has the “business address”  that was a vacant dirt lot?

Even after reported as using several alias names- “Leroy Castine, Chris Ambrosia, Lee Cestine”, AWD continues to operate and “Rachel-robo-call“.
Just take a look at the available online AZ Sec of State scanned documents. Forms are filled out in the same handwriting!
“Ambrosia” must have forgotten how he signed AFB LLC- “Leroy Castine”,  and Concord Financial Advisors, LLC- Lee Cestine”.
      Signatures are the same!!
AWD’s “Chris Ambrosia” is signed a little different, but the handwriting is the same!!
Isn’t that a Felony FRAUD?!?   It certainly is from the American Consumer standpoint!!
