    I too get numerous calls since last year and nothing deters them, absolutely nothing. I downloaded  a Telemarketing Harrassment Record from the Wisconsin Dept. Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection agency. Perhaps other states have the same type you can go and complain to. I wonder if this even deter them. How annoying!

    They are now using different phone numbers to call and harass you daily. They call this number 515-421-5843. When you call back the mail box is full. It says you've reach "Mike Jones and the mailbox is full." Well go ahead and Call "Mike Jones" and leave him messages and see how he likes it! We need to start posting these number they're calling from. And if they WONT REMOVE OUR NUMBER AND STOP CALLING US, WE NEED TO keep CALLING THEM BACK AND WASTE THEIR TIME AND HARASS THEM. THANK YOU!

    I get several calls per week. Sometimes, I get two a day for a solid week. One call on my home  phone line and one on my business line. Sometimes it seems like they are watching me to be able to pick the worse time of the day to call.

    You can purchase a small air horn or Police Whistle at the Dollar Bush or some other Chinese Importer Store like Wil-Mort for as low as a dollar. When they call, press 1. When a human answers, give them a loud uncomfortable response.

    The Federal trade commission are not doing their job, so we apparently on our own in handling these jerks. These people are just as bad as their employer. They should be harrassed just as badly as they are harrassing everyone else.

      The FTC in Ill is investigating them but with the VOIP they are able to spoof different names and numbers on the  caller Ids. They are trying to get these guys and said that if you do call an they get them an do a civil law suit against them , all who are on file as reporting them will get a share of the pay outs from the law suit . I agree with the air horn or police whistle , these guys are [***] and deserve the pain they give us. The one problem with a air horn is that it my ruin your phones microphone and you will be stuck buying a new one . The whistle may be a better way to go, also I will try the android ap for the sir horn and get these guys  in the ear.
      They actually tried to get my child to go get my credit card info and give it to them, they admit that they don't work for any bank, and that equifax has given them our info , so we should also call equifax and see who is getting our information

    These people call every day, and even several times a day. I usually hang up as soon as I know it is them.   Today I was VERY annoyed (as  the call woke a sick child) and pushed #1 to connect to a person.  I told the young man that my number was on the DO NOT CALL LIST. I would report the company and notify our state Attorney General if the calls Did not stop.  He was at the same time speaking over me saying F U. F U. F U.F U .F U. F U.  Very professional.  I hung up.  The phone rang again.  I let it ring.   This company comes off pretty low rent to me.   Where can one work, use that language, and keep their job?  Do supervisors not record conversations at Card Member Services?  There was no message to advise of recording.

    Turn Frustration into Fun
    I get calls 3 or 4 times a week from "card member services".  I tried to be polite and speak with them like a human being asking them to remove me but I get nothing but rudeness and a prompt hangups.  They are going to keep calling, no stopping them, so I make the best of it and have some fun.  See how long they will actually hold for or placing the phone by the toilet and giving them a nice flush :)

    Enough is Enough!
    At least four annoying Card Member Services calls a week for at least a year. The Do Not Call rules are not working. This must be a well-funded scam. Hey FTC and Attorney Generals: follow the money and make an example of Card Member Services. When are our public federal and state tax supported agencies going to do something? Your "tax-paying citizens" are asking for help. So do your job.

    They just called.  I pressed 9, asked the guy a bunch of questions, and he finally told me to go f**k myself.

    “Rachel” calls every other day or so telling me who she is and that she represents card member services.  She assures me there is nothing wrong with my accounts, but this is my last chance to lower credit card interest rates.  I have never, in more than 35 years of credit card use, failed to pay the balance every month and, therefore, have never paid interest for even one month. So, from that standpoint, it doesn’t matter what my rates are.  I have hung up.  Repeatedly.  But my “last chance” occurs again a day or two later.  I have listened to the entire scam, punched 1 to get a “helpful associate” and tried nicely to get him to take me from the list.  Within a few words, he realizes my intent and hangs up.

    I have let the phone lie on the counter until the connection is finally broken figuring it is costing the scammers a few pennies not to be able to use that line for a little while.  I have redone my “do not call” registry.  I have screamed obscenities at the automated “Rachel.”  Someone suggested pushing the number 3 many times really fast does something to mess up their automated system.  It does not seem to be true.

    I will cheerfully lead a band of peasants with pitchforks and torches against the offices of that creepy organization when someone can pinpoint their location.

    If you go to www.bbb.org then type in Card Member Services it will show all the info on this organization.  As of today it is showing an owner Principal as Mr. Evan Kagan (Owner).  It is a telemarketing service.  The alternate business name is Lwa offices of Evan Kagen.  Hope this helps someone.

    An air horn from cabellas $13.95 plus shipping,sure makes me feel better after each call. Press 1 to talk to a real person and when they come on blast them.I have noticed the calls are less frequent.

    Does anybody know who ( and their phone #) we need to call to report their number. I know their is a federal agency that handles this but I do not know who  I have kept track of several of their numbers and got one to give me a number to call him back directly.

    I have been getting these calls for months and cant seem to get rid of them now I am starting to get wireless numbers coming through 202-351-3916 I called it back and it was a recording saying that the person I was trying to reach was unavailalbe.
    I also got a guy who was swearing up a storm because I asked him to stop calling me.  So now when I hear cardservices I just start swearing at the person who is on the other line before they start to disrespect me.  I don't care who they are STOP calling me!!!!!   YOU PEOPLE NEED A REAL JOB STOP BEING SO ANOYING!!!! I don't even own credit cards!!!!!!

    WE ALL NEED TO DO THE WHISTLE OR SCREAM IN THE PHONE. MAYBE WHEN WE RUIN THEIR HEARING THE PHONE WON'T BE SO APPEALING.
