In December we purchased a Husky power washer 1750, Since that time it was used exactly 4 times. It does not work, the on off swith does not work, the GFCI plug does not work.

I have made many attempts via E-Mail to contact this company ,and keep getting answers back from someone named Kyle One e- mail asks me if the fan is turning, another asks me to disconnect the hose then try it. Nothing resolving my problems.

The last E mail I received to day stated the following:" Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting us. i am sorry for the inconvenience with the unit and i hope for the best in the future Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions. Sincerely, Kyle

To me this is not a response to fix a problem of a basically new machine. My advise stick with Sears, at least they back up their products.

We bought a Husky HU80931 in 2007, we have used it very little and now our pump will not work. You spend alot of money for a pressure washer and you would like to have it running more than a few years. Its the worst investment we have ever done. It sprays water but it has no pressure. Really get irritated knowing we bought this to do things around the house and now we have nothning. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? Please let me know.

I purchased a Husky HU80931 in 2007.  I've used it a few times to clean the fence and outside of the house.  As in previous posts, the water now sprays with no pressure.  I've checked to make sure all of the bolts are tight, and that there are no loose connections, but still no pressure.  I agree that when spending a lot of money on a pressure washer, you would expect it to last longer than a few uses.  I will NEVER purchase another Husky washer, and would advise anyone who reads this to do the same.

Have you had any luck finding the part?
We have the same problem and have not been
able to locate anyone that can provide a replacement.

I have a Husky Hydrosurge 1600 PSI Electric Pressure Washer and I just need to get a new "black retaining key" because the one I have is broke and keeps popping out when in use even though I try to tape it in place. Is there a national store that may carry these simple parts. I live in Colorado Springs, CO.

    Thank you,

    Tim

I bought a Husky HU80220 at Home Depot on 5/23/09. Only used a few times before leaking began on the wand handle. This year when I tried to use it, the leak is major and does not function well. Replaced the "O' rings, after that the manual says replace the wand. O rings did not fix the problem. I can't believe Home Depot will not intervene on our behalf.

We too purchased the Husky 2000S Powerwasher last year and used it only one time shortly after purchase. We just started to recently use it for the second time, and after only about 15 minutes of use,the pump housing started spraying as well as leaking water from the bottom of the unit. Also there was a partial loss of pressure and the motor continued to run even after release of the trigger. We could also hear the air leaking from inside the machine. I sent an email to Home Depot June 19 and was referred to the FNA group who contacted me June 29 with a question which I answered. Have not heard anything from FNA group since. I sent another email through customer service on the Huskey website several days ago and still have not gotten a response. I work for a large corporation and if we handled our customers in this manner, we would surely be out of business. This is our second Huskey product, three will not be a charm. I recently received a new Home Depot credit card, I am cutting it up!!!

Bought a 1750 a while back and only used it 6 or 7 times. Never used the soap dispenser. Took it out to hose down the cobwebs on the house found a leaky handle. No reason for this! What did I buy? Seems like I am not alone. Avoid the name HUSKY because you are just wasting you hard earned dollars!
