Husky Power Washer Complaint

In December we purchased a Husky power washer 1750, Since that time it was used exactly 4 times. It does not work, the on off swith does not work, the GFCI plug does not work.
I have made many attempts via E-Mail to contact this company ,and keep getting answers back from someone named Kyle One e- mail asks me if the fan is turning, another asks me to disconnect the hose then try it. Nothing resolving my problems.
The last E mail I received to day stated the following:" Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting us. i am sorry for the inconvenience with the unit and i hope for the best in the future Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions. Sincerely, Kyle
To me this is not a response to fix a problem of a basically new machine. My advise stick with Sears, at least they back up their products.

research, never got back to me. I will send a letter to the upper management if you do not supply my refunds. The items were send back, months ago. Please comply.

After reading the feedback posted here,it is my opinion that you would do well by ceasing all business regarding Husky pressure washers from this moment on. When I tried to chat about my issue with someone named Ingrid online, all she would do is copy and paste from the manual I had read twicehe kept asking the same question over and over, which I answered over and over. S I, too, am having similar problems with the machine and response time from Husky about resolving this matter. I cannot complain about the superior quality of Husky handtools, but they would have been well advised to quit while they were ahead. I am a Home Depot-holic and intent to remain such. I am sure that terminating HD's vendor status insofar as Husky pressure washers are concerned would do honor to the good name and reputation of Home Depot.
