In December we purchased a Husky power washer 1750, Since that time it was used exactly 4 times. It does not work, the on off swith does not work, the GFCI plug does not work.

I have made many attempts via E-Mail to contact this company ,and keep getting answers back from someone named Kyle One e- mail asks me if the fan is turning, another asks me to disconnect the hose then try it. Nothing resolving my problems.

The last E mail I received to day stated the following:" Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting us. i am sorry for the inconvenience with the unit and i hope for the best in the future Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions. Sincerely, Kyle

To me this is not a response to fix a problem of a basically new machine. My advise stick with Sears, at least they back up their products.

    yah, I have a power washer from huskey. a couple of parts broke so i called, ordered the part. I was told the parts would be at my house in 5-7 working days great!. 5 weeks later and about 6 phone calls. each time I was told the parts were leaving the warehouse the next day. but the parts never came. I placed the order on 7/2/10. the money was taken out of my checking account on 7/3/10. to this date I still don't have the parts. management said there was nothing they could do. what kind of business do they run?

    I bought one of these. Used it once and it worked great. Next time I wnet to use it no power. Chatted with Husky rep online and got slip to return it. Went thru the trouble of boxing it up and driving to a UPS store to ship it out..It came back and nothing was done to fix it. It looks like they just held onto it for a month or 2 and then sent it back not fixed. I will never buy a husky product again.

In desperation, I made the mistake of purchasing a second Husky powerwasher. Used it again less than 10 times before it broke. Frustrated, finally called after warranty expired to PURCHASE replacement parts. Now you tell me 15 days to PROCESS the order. THAT IS NUTS! I'm heading to the bulletin boards to tell everyone what a lousy product you produce AND how you mislead customers trying to find a solution on your website. This is the LAST STRAW!

    Dear Sir;
    After reading the feedback posted here,it is my opinion that you would do well by ceasing all business regarding Husky pressure washers from this moment on.  When I tried to chat about my issue with someone named Ingrid online, all she would do is copy and paste from the manual I had read twicehe kept asking the same question over and over, which I answered over and over.  S  I, too, am having similar problems with the machine and response time from Husky about resolving this matter.  I cannot complain about the superior quality of Husky handtools, but they would have been well advised to quit while they were ahead.  I am a Home Depot-holic and intent to remain such.  I am sure that terminating HD's vendor status insofar as Husky pressure washers are concerned would do honor to the good name and reputation of Home Depot.

I had mine a year and didn't have the receipt, but I got my money back after all you did have to buy it from Home Depot because they own Husky power washers. Don't just be ripped off for a product the company knows has a defect and does nothing to correct the defect.

    Back in June of 2010 I contacted Husky’s 888 number to order a “Automatic Total Stop” for my Husky Powerwasher 1550. After I finally got to talk to someone they took my order and I gave them my credit card number. A few days later I checked my credit card account and they had deducted it from my account. After two weeks I had not received the part I called them again and after a long wait I finally got thru and was told they had to check with the shipping department, but that would take three days and for me to call back. So I called back and never was able to get through and after a long wait I was cut off. On Aug. 3 I again contacted them this time on their chat line and they said they would look into it. And guess what NOTHING.

    Frustrated, my Husky 2600 power washer will not start....tried everything.   Bought this last summer and don't have receipt for warranty...anybody that can help, email me at jamesinks@gmail.com.  Probably never buy one of these again.

    I have the infamous Husky hu80722 with no pressure. I have tried all of the solutions suggested.This piece of equipment is a joke. The ccompany that manufactures it should be sued out of bussiness. I think a class action case needs to be started against Home Depot and Husky for selling such a defective machine.
