In December we purchased a Husky power washer 1750, Since that time it was used exactly 4 times. It does not work, the on off swith does not work, the GFCI plug does not work.

I have made many attempts via E-Mail to contact this company ,and keep getting answers back from someone named Kyle One e- mail asks me if the fan is turning, another asks me to disconnect the hose then try it. Nothing resolving my problems.

The last E mail I received to day stated the following:" Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting us. i am sorry for the inconvenience with the unit and i hope for the best in the future Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions. Sincerely, Kyle

To me this is not a response to fix a problem of a basically new machine. My advise stick with Sears, at least they back up their products.

    AFTER READING ALL THE GREAT COMMENT I JUST GET IN THE BOAT ALSO
    BUT I DID FIND A PUMP ON WEB THE NAME PRI PUMES LOOK UNDER VERTICAL
    RADIAL AXIAL PUMPS THE PRICE IS OK .

    I OUT DID ALL OF YOU. I USED IT ONCE FOR LESS THAN AN HOUR WHEN I LOST PRESSURE AND SPRUNG A LEAK. WHAT WAS IT? THE LITTLE $.05 O RING, PLUST THE PLUG THAT ATTACHES TO THE MOTOR/PRESSURE SWITCH. IT LOOKS LIKE IT STARTED TO MELT.NO I DID NOT USE HOT WATER. THE REASON I GOT THIS ONE IS THAT I BORROWED A FRIENDS UNIT AND IT WORKED GREAT. BY THE WAY, HE HAD HIS FOR MANY YEARS. ARE THEY MAKING THEM CHEAPER FROM CHINA, OR WHAT.

    I purchased a Husky 1750 for my husband from Home Depot about a year ago.  He used it 5 times and the gun began to leak.  So, I went online an bought the Universal Gun & Hose Replacement.  According to the website the part will be shipped in 3 - 5 business days.  Yeah, right!   It's been three weeks and no part.  I've sent several emails and have not received a reply.  I called only to be on hold for 30 minutes.  Finally, I was able to speak with someone who told me that my part is in a "picked, ready to be shipped' status.  But, he couldn't tell me when it would actually be shipped or give me a tracking number.  Of course, my credit card was charged the day after my order was submitted.

    This company is a joke!!   Don't buy from them !!

    I purchased my HU80722 S/N AL1830346 11/08 and just dropped it off at an authorized warranty service in Long Branch, NJ. I used it 3 times.  It seems everyone has had the same problem due to water pump failure. Are the replacement parts any better then the originals or are we going to run into the same problem all over again?

    Bought a 2600 husky power washer and it is junk lost water pressure what good is a power washer with no power? Bought it from HomeDepot they won't stand behind it and neither will Husky I took it apart( the pump that is )and the valves are plastic and are not strong enough to hold up under the presssue that is  put upon them!!!! What ever happened to good ole USA products??  I want my money back or we should all get together and sue their A__'s I will never buy anything from Home Depot if they don't make Husky reimburse all of the American consumers they ripped off!!!!! Honda engine is fine and works great, too bad don't have any use for it now!!

    A few hours ago I stopped at my local Home Depot since the store is so close to my office.  I was going to buy the 2000S model but the store did'nt have one in stock, only 2 floor models.  I left the store without buying the unit but I was planning on buying one this coming weekend from antoher HD store.  I searched online to take one more look at the model specs and found this website.  Based on all of these posts I will buy another brand. Thank you all.

    According what i read here, i got lucky with my 2600 psi husky, i bought it last year from HomeDepot( because HONDA motor), i used it 6 may be 8 times and the pump is gone, i got no pressure at all, i called HP and no warranty ( expired in 90 days), i sent to Husky an email, still waiting for any answer. What should i do ?, bad economy, no more money to buy a new one.

    bought a h2000 pressure washer and it worked fine the first time and the secound time it lasted about 15 minutes and started smelling something burning. Low and behold it was burning up the life of this product stinks!

    OK the Husky power washer is like my worst nightmare I have tried so  many web sights trying to find the plastic valves for the pump part but still no luck and went to many lawn mower repair shops and still no luck?
    Damn is there a simple web sight or someone I can call to get this thing fixed?

    I called this company and they set me up the replacement parts for my pump only came to $13.75 plus shipping.
    Call them and they will get you any part you need
    Genico Equiptment www.pressureparts.com I called and it was great talking to a live person who knows pressure washers and set me up in 5 minutes.

    Got Husky powerwasher 2000s, electrical one.  Is that one all of you are talking about?  After about 15 minutes of use lost high power and started leaking out of bottom, you could hear the air leaking from inside the machine.  I called the 888 number in my instruction booklet and said I could send it into them free of charge, they are sending me a ups label.  Says they all have a 3 yr warranty.  They acted like no problem to send into them to fix or they could send me part to fix, but being as I don't know what part need I will send to them.  Though may be 6 weeks till get back.  I guess I will find out if I get the runaround or not.
