Telephone number shown on caller ID is 208-864-5339.  I am registered on the "Do Not Call" list and have been for years; however, this bogus company continues to call regardless of what I do.  It begins with a   recorded message "This is Heather of Account Services; I am calling regarding your credit card account.  Consider this your last chance to take advange of this offer.  If you do not wish to receive these calls, please press 2 now.  If you wish to speak to a representative, press 1 now."  I have pressed "2" numerous times but they continue to call.  I have pressed "1" and asked the "representative", a man, to stop calling me.  I have asked to speak to his manager, etc.  When I dial the 208 number, I get a recording, made by the man who I talked with, saying that the number has been changed and to check the directory.  Obviously this message is not recorded by the telephone co.  I am trying to find out the name of the company.

I too have received many calls from these folks.  On July 4th my wife answered the phone, got a live person "Jonathan" on the line and when she asked for his address he said "How big are your boobs?" then hung up.  I think this crosses the line into criminal behavior.  Thanks to all who have provided information on these pests.  I will be contacting the Florida AG's office to see if they can do anything, and also will file a formal police report in Winter Park or Orlando as the Illinois AG's office suggested.  Or possibly I will visit their offices in person to show my appreciation for their antics.

Let us know who that company is! And their number.

They are flagrantly violating "Do Not Call" laws. Dish Network just paid millions for these offenses.

But, this company (because they block their number and won't identfy themsleves) keeps getting away eith this.

So, if nothing else,  Post the compnay's name and number!

Me, I Googled "Colorado Attorney General Do Not Call" and got the page where you submit a complaint. So I did, even though the Caller ID was blocked and they hung up on me.

The Complaint page  has a box you can check for that. And they want to know if someone was rude or used profanity.

Log a complaint, folks, or this will continue.

And the person who worked there for a few hours, POST THEIR INFO. Thanks.

They try to mention Experian, Mastercard, Visa, any name that makes them sound like they're a legit business. They just won't give you THEIR company name.

If you subit a complaint they will eventually be brought down.   *(The "auto warranty" robocalls are now finally going down.)

But...if people are not going to complain to their state's Attorney General (Google it, you can do it online) then these guys will go for years.

File a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry.  Maybe if they get enough complaints, they will do something. I too receive many calls per month from "Credit Card Services".  I do not have Caller ID, so have never been able to report a phone number.   have asked repeatedly for them to remove my number from their call list.  The FTC must have a way to track them down even with the "disconnected" numbers.  Today their representative" repeatedly screamed "[***]" at me when I requested that they remove me from their call list. Let's help the government catch up with this outfit!

This company used to call me on my landline, and today they started calling me on my cellphone! I asked the guy (don't remember his name) a series of questions about whether or not they were legit. He was adamant about the fact that he "knew nothing and wouldn't charge a thing" - he just wanted my credit card information to verify that I have a "qualifying account" so that I could be transferred to the real Card Member Services consultant. He even went as far as saying that I'd give this information to a doctor, lawyer, repairman, etc. for their services. I reminded him that his company called me and how am I supposed to know they are trustworthy - I only go to doctors, lawyers, etc. that I trust. Finally, when I asked for a phone number or address for their company he said that if I was that concerned then I shouldn't have pressed #1 and this service wasn't for me, and then he hung up. Any company that won't share their contact information isn't worthy of my business. This is clearly a scam.

Calls every hour from Card Services 800-395-2274. The recording request you to enter your credit card number. Nice Try.

The 800-395-2274 number is HSBC's collection department and is legit. That is not the origin of these annoying scam calls.

I just had a call on my cell phone from Rachel at Card Services the number was: 305-000-9427. I pressed 2 to inform them to stop calling me. Today their "representative" was laughing in the phone, I said Hello 3 times and he did not respond. Finally he said something and I said are you talking me or someone in the background still? He decided he could be rude to me for no reason and started calling me a couple nasty names: "[***]" and "[***]".  I hung up. This is crazy that I have my numbers on the Do Not Call list but somehow these idiots continue to call.

Does anyone have a number on who I can report this harrassment too?

i wouldnt press any number- just hang up. you may inadvertantly authorise the caller access to your phone a/c, and end up paying for their calls to be directed god knows where, at YOUR expense!

I agree with all of you that this is most definitely a scam.  My favorite is when I press '1' and they ask whom they are speaking with...I say, "Well, YOU called ME".  It only throws them off for a second, then they go into their normal BS routine.
I am going to check with my phone company - I know they can trace a lot more than these idiots calling us realize (I have had to have calls traced before).
In the meantime I may just unplug my home phone - we don't really use it anyway.  I know that doesn't work for everyone, so for those that can't do this, have a little 'fun' with them when you have some time to kill.  Make up a bunch of names (like Jane Doe, with account number 5555555555555.....).  I thought about also telling them that "I am not interested, but I pressed '1' to talk to someone, simply because I'm lonely...
I even told one guy I knew they were a scam and he wanted to 'know where I got my information.  Apparently they do not have Internet access - it took me about 5 seconds to find information on this scam when I did a search.
Good luck all, and hopefully these morons will be stopped soon! :)

I have also looked into this company and yes this company WAS Dynamic Consulting Premier Services, they have since changed their name to "IRA".  They charge you close to $1000 to simply call your bank and ask for a lower rate..... You can do that yourself (as I have done with success).  Darren Robb is the owner and is scamming MANY people out of lots of money. They prey on older folks who do not know any better.  Anyone who has been harrassed by them should file a complaint with the FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE.... if they get enough complaints they can then shut these con artists down. Please help stop the fraud in this hard time for everyone!

    SHE'S BAAAACK!
forget about the police or the FCC or the authorities. they can do nothing. hanging up when the recording starts doesn't discourage them. after about 6 months of almost daily harassment, i stayed on the line for a human and when he spoke i SCREAMED into the phone at the top of my lungs with a series of curses. it felt great. the calls stopped for a year, and now they have started again. i don't feel sorry for the employees; they are criminals. i might just invest in a whistle.

I've gotten these calls, too.Sent a complaint to the government "do not call list".Big joke. Anyone working for taxpayer dollars isn't going to do anything.I press 1 when they call and keep them on the phone as long as I can. They always get mad and hang up on me once they reallize I'm stringing them along.Probably doesn't help, but it makes me feel good when they get p---ed off.

Numerous recorded calls have been received indicating they are calling about credit cards (no specific card) and stating there are no problems but time is running out for their services.  I have been on the "no call" list for months.  As a last resort I dialed the number given in the recording.  A person answered and were advised that their services were not needed and to stop the calling or that they would be turned in as violating the "no call" list.  I was told there is nothing I can do about the calls.  The last call was 12-18-09 and the number on the caller id was 567-000-9362.  Surely there is someone in our goverment's offices who can stop these calls.  I have filed a complaint by phone.

We get these calls several times a month saying something like, "This is 'Cathy' from 'card services' calling about a great offer on credit interest rates!  There's no problem with your card..."  At which point I just hang up.  These people make me laugh, because we don't have ANY credit cards!  It's obviously a scam.
