"Heather in Account Services, calling re your credit card account"

Telephone number shown on caller ID is 208-864-5339.  I am registered on the "Do Not Call" list and have been for years; however, this bogus company continues to call regardless of what I do.  It begins with a   recorded message "This is Heather of Account Services; I am calling regarding your credit card account.  Consider this your last chance to take advange of this offer.  If you do not wish to receive these calls, please press 2 now.  If you wish to speak to a representative, press 1 now."  I have pressed "2" numerous times but they continue to call.  I have pressed "1" and asked the "representative", a man, to stop calling me.  I have asked to speak to his manager, etc.  When I dial the 208 number, I get a recording, made by the man who I talked with, saying that the number has been changed and to check the directory.  Obviously this message is not recorded by the telephone co.  I am trying to find out the name of the company.

    I received a phone call today from "Card Services."  Recording said it was about my credit card, didn't know which one, so I pressed 1 to talk to someone.  They wanted to lower my interest rates on my credit cards.  I do that on my own, every few months.  About 15 minutes later, I received the SAME call, and this time pressed 2, to be taken off the list.  Pisses me off that this company is NOT one of my credit card companies, yet they ignore the DO NOT CALL LIST.  If I get one more call from them, they'll hear from me in a not so nice way.

      I received a call from Card Services today.
      They will not give out ANY INFORMATION about who they are or what the
      address of their website is.
      I am getting 3-4 calls daily from these people, and if I ask any questions,
      they hang up.

      They should be investigated.

        I have gotten these calls so much & talked with people on the phone saying they would not call again,but 2 hours late & again today 4 calls,we are so sick of this,wish there was a way to stop their calls,any advise>

      These people are not from a CC company, they are a scam, and want you to give them your CC information, they called me many times , I called my CC company and they explained it to me, I tried getting nasty with them and that didn't work, they either laughed or hung up, so I finally called the CC company, I should have done that the first time, the next time they call I will report them to the State do not call number, it is 888-382-1222, and each time they call I will call this number and see who gets tired first. The pressing 2 to get removed ,does Not work.

      I am also getting  these calls and they are using my name and phone number on my caller ID. It makes look like I am calling myself. I am sick and tired of these calls
      I have to get up to answer these calls and I am a semi invalid.

    I have received the "Heather" call at least 8 times. They are clearly an illegal operation, as they hang up if you ask them what company they are with after pressing 1, they ignore the "do not call" list, and call from a huge variety of numbers.

    Does anyone know who I can report this to? California atty general?

      how ever no one will do anything about it
      One number they use is in Florida
      This crap has been going on for me at least a year
      I have changed my number I have tried to block these calls nothing works
      Time Warner tells me their is nothing they can do

    How do I get a hold of this company???  They have called me several times over the past couple months.  Every time I press "1" to talk to someone, they either yell at me or hang up when I ask to speak with a manager or to be taken off their call list.  Pressing "2" does nothing.  Number shows up as "unknown" on the caller ID.  AT&T says they can't tell me who called.  Any suggestions on putting a stop to this?  I've got to believe it is a scam as no legit business would have customer service like this.

    I have been getting similar calls for about two weeks but I have never answered. They dont leave a message and when I try and call back it states this number is not in service. I answered the phone when they called today and it was first premier credit card company and I wasnt given an explanation as to why I cant call back to this number.

    I recieved a call from them tonight. Ithey told me they didn't have a phone number or an address I could contact them at. I asked for their web site and they said they couldn't give me that either. I asked them how I could trust a company that wouldn't give me any information. They hung up.

    List your phone on the FTC Do Not Call List.

    Telemarketers are supposed to purchase Do Not Call information and scrub their phone number lists of any number on it within 30 days.

    If you still get their calls after 30 days, file a complaint with FTC or your state AG, for Do Not Call list violations.  They can fine them, not only for the illegal calls they make, but also for the Do Not Call List access fees they should have been paying to comply.

      It is a pitiful day for this Country when your Gov. will not do what they are paid to do.

      The FCC and California State AG have been notified on several occasions and have yet to resolve this problem!
