Telephone number shown on caller ID is 208-864-5339.  I am registered on the "Do Not Call" list and have been for years; however, this bogus company continues to call regardless of what I do.  It begins with a   recorded message "This is Heather of Account Services; I am calling regarding your credit card account.  Consider this your last chance to take advange of this offer.  If you do not wish to receive these calls, please press 2 now.  If you wish to speak to a representative, press 1 now."  I have pressed "2" numerous times but they continue to call.  I have pressed "1" and asked the "representative", a man, to stop calling me.  I have asked to speak to his manager, etc.  When I dial the 208 number, I get a recording, made by the man who I talked with, saying that the number has been changed and to check the directory.  Obviously this message is not recorded by the telephone co.  I am trying to find out the name of the company.

The person that called me today sounded like she was most difinately of Afro American decent. She also sounded like she either didn't have a tooth in her head or that she was eating or just plain had a mouth full of S**t!
At any rate, when I told her that I paid our balance in full, she got mad at me and yelled and then hung up on me!! The war is on now!! I hate being hung up on and I especially hate solicitor calls!! After almost a year of these calls from these idiots and obviously no one is going to do a darn thing about them!! I will take matters into my own hands and keep my "very loud" police whistle by the phone and get a human to talk to me and then blast their fricking ear drums out!! (*smile*)

Locked at the highest levels for 18 months?  What a moron she is.  Does she think that anyone would believe her?  I would have laughed in her face and told her to get a life!

I just got off the phone with a lovely lady named Nicole who refused to let me speak with a supervisor.  They have been calling here at least twice a day for over two weeks.
I looked up the company and found this site.  I just left a message for the AG in Florida at the number listed by anonymous on 10/23/08 (above).  That number is:
    Florida Attorney General's office
You can reach them at 1-850-414-3930

The call went directly to someone's vm.  You know, in these very difficult times, the creeps really come out and try to make things worse.  I hope this operation gets busted.  I'm sending selected e-mails from this site to my Congressman and ask that he do something about it.  Everyone here might try the same thing.

I called the number at the CardMember Services website given above, https://www.cardmemberservices.com/cmsindex.html.  The number I called, for personal accounts, is 1-877-999-3872.  The person answering said that "this is Chase", a credit card company, and she denied that the company had been making any calls asking potential customers if they wanted to lower interest rates.  She didn't sound like she was trying to cover anything up...she just sounded like I was being weird lol.

I've been getting calls from "Card Services" for months, often twice in a day.  They hang up as soon as they realize I want them to stop.  This time when I told them to take me off their list,  the guy's response was, "Why don't I bring the list there and slap you with it?"  How long does it take law enforcement to nail people like this?  Do they care?  They might be taking money from senior citizens.

I'm sure people are getting ripped off.  Either way, it's against the law, since we are on the DNC list.  I'd like to see my credit card company setup a trap for them.  Give me a card to use, wait for the call, give them all the info, then wammo, credit card company has all the info needed to prosecute these [***].  I get called from "unknown" Credit Services 2 times a month like clock work.

I am receiving the same calls and have been for months even after dozens of attempts to tell them to stop what can we do to get this stopped.  I have tried to call the number back but of course it is a non working number 757-990-8981.  I have filed a complaint with the national do not call registry but obviously no one working there gets this type of harrassing call.

PLEASE TELL ME IF YOU HAVE GOTTEN THIS TO STOP AND HOW.

I received numerous calls like this.  I've pressed the appropriate button to "discontinue calls" and they still call.  I've pressed the button to talk to someone, and as soon as I tell them to stop, they hang up.  I don't know what to do.

I talked to the guy today while I was home for lunch.  He said they are from something called "Card Services" and basically they contact credit card companies to work with them to lower your interest rates.  Yeah, right!!

they are calling me too- about 3 times a week for the last year- when I try to find out who they are they just keep saying card services & then ask if I am indeed happy with my current interest rates...which I am.  I wish I could find out who they are & report them to someone but I can never get an answer...

I get several of these calls monthly. They switch numbers, and all numbers are "disconnected" when you call them back. I have registered there numbers as a complaint in donotcall.gov, and they still keep calling. Someone needs to file a lawsuit. Problem is, who the F*@# are they!

Just received one of these calls but this time no fake phone number.  Credit Card Services and press 6 to speak with someone.  I could hear someone there.  I kept saying hello and when I started to get mad and raised my voice and ask them to stop calling. This nasty man said "Shut Up Mam".  Usually they just hang up.  Why is this allowed to continue?  The phone company cannot help. They can trace the call but then it goes to local law enforcement.  How do they expect local law enforcement to help when the Federal Law people cannot stop this!

I'm on the Do Not Call Registry, yet I receive at least one robo call per day from "Card Services." I've asked repeatedly to be removed from their calling list, to no avail. I work from home and do not wish to be interrupted and harassed by these frequent calls. I've reported this illegal activity to the FTC, but I feel like I'm getting nowhere.

I have tried baiting her to tell me more, but all she would tell me was that  "Card Services" is what appears on her paychecks.  I couldn't get any other information.  Yet, she still wanted my credit card information.
