Telephone number shown on caller ID is 208-864-5339.  I am registered on the "Do Not Call" list and have been for years; however, this bogus company continues to call regardless of what I do.  It begins with a   recorded message "This is Heather of Account Services; I am calling regarding your credit card account.  Consider this your last chance to take advange of this offer.  If you do not wish to receive these calls, please press 2 now.  If you wish to speak to a representative, press 1 now."  I have pressed "2" numerous times but they continue to call.  I have pressed "1" and asked the "representative", a man, to stop calling me.  I have asked to speak to his manager, etc.  When I dial the 208 number, I get a recording, made by the man who I talked with, saying that the number has been changed and to check the directory.  Obviously this message is not recorded by the telephone co.  I am trying to find out the name of the company.

These people are so annoying!!!  I like the idea of buying a whistle and blowing into the phone!!!  Phone #'s being called from are 410-629-7081 and 614-483-1954.  The guy said he was in Orlando Florida.

I have recieved these calls for MONTHS! Maybe over a year now, sometimes several times a day!  They wire the call into a local areacode number-so it looks like it may be someone I know!  Then today I got a florida number and when I called the number back, there is an offensive voice recording:  813-355-7202.

I just reported it to my local investigative news and maybe they will help point me in the right direction and hopefully we can air the recording on the news to warn people!

It's amazing that this is still going on.  This is a years old and very well known racket.  Got a call from them at work today on the general business phone line.  I realize that business numbers are exempt from the national DNC list, but I've gotten calls at home as well and of course I'm on the DNC (who in their right mind wouldn't be?), they disregard it.

Card Services has called me 19 times in the last 4 months. I had gotten in the habit of pressing the "9" button and then screaming "DON'T CALL HERE AGAIN!" For a while I asked to be put on the do not call list to which they always hung up on me before I could get it out of my mouth, I asked their name and they hung up, and this evening at 4PM, after I did my customary "rebel yell", the telemarketer actually called me back and threatened me to call me every morning at 5AM from now on. She would not give me here name (told me her name was my name) and I again gave her a yell and hung up. How long must I tolerate this foolishness? Is it going to get so bad that we must all start screening our calls? I have had to endure this harassment for at least 3 years now and I am sick and tired of it. Congress, are you THAT useless? My next move is to get an air horn...

You will love this. They too had been calling and still are. I pressed 1 and gave all the right answers about how I owed money on credit cards. She asked for my info and I told her the cards were out in my truck. She said she would wait until I went out and got them. I laid the phone down and finished making dinner. Later when I realized she had quit waiting I hung the phone up and she called back. I told her what I had done and SHE was furious.
    Too bad!

This company is ridiculous, they call my phone at least 14 times a day and then they don't think its funny when I turned around and called them back over and over again, however they still continue to call, I have complained to do not call registry, yet nothing gets resolved and the calls keep coming.  Unbelievable that these scam/ con artists are allowed to do this and noone does anything to stop it, guess will have to take matters into my own hands to get this to stop.

I used to work for Darren Robb and "card services" in Winter Park FL. He is one of the biggest pieces of [***] I've ever met. His "partner in crime" is another garbage individual by the name of Sam Hancock. He was directly involved in a nationwide talent scam that apparently involved the infamous Lou Pearlman (Backstreet Boys Manager). These calls you recieve are from an automated message that's sent to 10's of thousands of homes/cell phones per day. Darren gets his "leads", or YOU PHONE NUMBERS from various other scam artists from within this country and Canada as well. This "Heather" you guys hear is just a pre-recorded voice sample used for the hundreds of other similar companies out there. The majority of the people you actually talk to on the phone are NOT a reputable source to give ANY of your personal info to. Some, like myself, were intelligent enough to actually figure out what Darren and Sam were doing, left that company and have since been informing folks like yourselves about what's REALLY going on. They lie to their employees and purposely hire individuals with criminal records and drug offenses. The Attorneys General in Florida came into office one day and Darren immediately turned off our phone system and servers and managed to get everyone to leave through the backdoor to make it appear as if nothing illegal was going on. Here are some links to other articles I found on these schmucks. You can find personal info on Darren and Sam. Addresses, wifes names, etc... I hope someone teaches these [***] crooks a lesson.

As tired as you with this company????
I talked with someone just a few moments ago and asked for their website so could try and get more information.  They said their website is only for customers and will ask for a password if I tried to log in.  I asked at that point what the full name of the company is and was told it was Consumer Card Services.  After a bit of discussion and trying to pry more information from them, I got hung up on.  I can't tell you how many times I've tried to get OFF their list.  I'm going to register a formal complaint.

    Bg - RE: # 312-470-0737
Card Services keeps calling my business phone, when i ask them to stop calling they hang up.  I called the number back and the line is always busy.  Seems like there is no way to make them stop calling

They've been doing this for years
Why is it that these criminals are still calling me daily from different numbers?   I see complaints all over google about these losers and they are getting away with this crime.   No one has any ideas as to how to get them to stop.   Yelling in their ears and wasting their time are great, but that doesn't prevent them from continuing.   Reporting to the FTC obviously doesn't do anything.   Do not call lists don't do anything.   SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!

I'm afraid this shows just how worthless our government is when it comes to serving the people. This company has had thousands of complaints filed against it and the government does nothing.

I am considering calling the FBI and reporting that some company named Credit Card Services is calling and threatening to kill the President. Maybe that would get someone's attention.

i get calls from this company at least three times a day to my home line. When I pick up there is nobody there. It is so annoying and even more annoying now that I know that it seems like nothing can be done about it.
