Telephone number shown on caller ID is 208-864-5339.  I am registered on the "Do Not Call" list and have been for years; however, this bogus company continues to call regardless of what I do.  It begins with a   recorded message "This is Heather of Account Services; I am calling regarding your credit card account.  Consider this your last chance to take advange of this offer.  If you do not wish to receive these calls, please press 2 now.  If you wish to speak to a representative, press 1 now."  I have pressed "2" numerous times but they continue to call.  I have pressed "1" and asked the "representative", a man, to stop calling me.  I have asked to speak to his manager, etc.  When I dial the 208 number, I get a recording, made by the man who I talked with, saying that the number has been changed and to check the directory.  Obviously this message is not recorded by the telephone co.  I am trying to find out the name of the company.

    I get three to five calls a day from this scammer from several different numbers.  It has been going on for several months now.  If I try to talk to anyone about being removed from their list, I just get obscene comments from them as they hang up.  I am polite, but now just ignore calls from any area code I don't recognize.

    I get these calls about two to three times a week, different area codes/phone numbers every time.  I always press 1 and when they get on hte line, I ask them who they are.  Most of the time they just hang up, but today the guy responded by saying "dont call me with that attitude, you called me, F*CKBOY!"  Outsanding.

    To my knowledge, there is absolutely nothing you can do to stop these calls. They hound me on both my home phone and my cell phone several times a day. I have repeatedly reported them as "Do Not Call" violators, I have pressed 1 and asked them to stop calling (at which point they hang up), and I have pressed 1 and cussed them out in the most vulgar terms I can come up with (think hyphenated words!) - all to no avail. It is tempting to get some type of device that would make a sound loud enough to break their ear drum, but then I suppose I would be the one prosecuted as a criminal.

    I found out how to get back at these turds!
    Take the call and act as if your interested. Give them bogus last 4 of your SSN if they ask. Once they are hooked, disconnect the call. They will call you back from their private extension (a different number). Then you can call that number back and harass them to your hearts content. Apparently the agent thinks it's just another incoming call and doesn't get my caller ID because I've called back 8 times and she always answers politely till she finds out it's me again...... LMAO

    Here is what i have found mikey was correct 321-800-5757 is a number for them you can call this number belongs to a woman named Jessica. I then dialed 5758 and 5756 both numbers were card services employees. So that is their extension format. I say everyone who is pissed off at them continue to call THEM as much as possible and bombard their phones.

    I have this message on my phone too,( more than 5 times this week) didn't answer until today, said if you call me one more time you will get a whistle in your ear! Fair warning!  I got a really loud, shrill whistel and cant wait to try it out!!

    Wells Fargo Mortgage Co. keeps on calling especially in the morning or early evening so annoying leave messages that I'm default with my mortgage but I never have mortgage with those co. I'm so mad, I called them to remove my phone number from their list, they said just ignored if I don't have mortgage with them, they don't say they will remove it. I'm so mad. If I heard their phone ringing again I'll really going crazy.

    I also get these calls, most recent from 609-227-4849.  MOST IRRITATING!  Even after I have asked them to quit calling and other times pressed the 2 to take me off their list.  I just got another one today.  Maybe I will complain and give them this URL also to see how many others are getting it.

    same as everyone else, I am on the national do not call list. when i finally listened to the message and pressed 1 to talk to someone, the rude woman on the other end told me "I didnt get it", and hung up, after i tried to explain her 6.75% interest was 3 times what I was already paying. I wish those people would have been in the world trade towers on 9.11. maybe then, "they would have gotten it".

      All you will get for their "services" is $900 to $1500 charged to one of your credit cards.
      What they want you to "get" is that they just want your money.

    It's a scam. They don't care about threats to report them, they don't care about the
    'Do not call list', they will only stop when law enforcement steps in. I bait them a little,
    till they ask for a credit card number, then I call them thieves and liars and hang up,
    or they do. Wasting their time is the only thing that works. Keep in mind they have
    your name and number. Don't threaten them, as tempting as that is. I never came as
    close to using the 'N' word as when dealing with these criminals....but they came in
    all colors and nationalities and cultures, they just want to steal your money.

    I got a call about 2 weeks ago and I finally asked this guy what do I have to do to stop the calls? He said he would put my number in to stop calling and if I got another to hit 3. I have'nt gotten a call since.

    I've signed the petition that was started concerning this matter.  Last week when I actually was connected to a person, and told them very plainly to remove my name and do not call my telephone number again, the man hung up on me!!!  I get daily phone calls, and some times 2 or 3 calls, from this group and it's a different number that shows on caller id.  I've filed a claim with the MO No Call List and will do that each and every time they call.  Like everyone else here...it does no good to push either 2 or 3 to be discontinue their calls.
