For god sake, stop calling us. Take our name off your damn list. It is redicolous that when one responds to your phone calls, you all are so rude and just hang up on people that you call. You have to be a fake organization.

What is going on here ?? I a getting two to three calls a day - and each time they say 'eligibility' is up soon - to lower rate to (now) 6% - just press one to speak to customer service. Other than hanging up - is there something we can do to stop this nuisance.
