This number 800-637-6081 has been calling my cell phone NONSTOP. Everytime I answer, they hang up! I WILL be reporting the calls to the FCC if it continues, as my cell number is on the Do Not Call list, and the calls are coming in at all hours of the day and night.

Automated message--you have to respond to be taken off the list--key in number and they will remove it. Shouldn't have been on list in first place. Brand new number. They are obviously taking numbers from address listings or phonebooks.
