    been with them for years because i upgraded have new contract
    I have been with them for years and due to the economy tried to down grade last year. they would not do it. But said for a year we will give you free hd. Which I already had not realizing i was paying for it. so now after 15 plus years they say i now owe two years.so much for customer loyalty.

    Fraudulant Charges
    I used my card to pay my friends account as a gift one month. 2 years later they charged me over 500.00 becuase he is disputing a contract that Direct TV signed him up for without telling him. So they went through his payment history and found my card and charged me. This is theft plain and simple!

    excessive commercials on rerun channels
    The rerun channels have up to 10 commercials at each break- commercial overload for sure. The shows are being reduced to the point that there is more commercial time than show time. Feels like we are paying more to receive less.
