What they are good at it ripping people off. Not until after you sent the money can you begin to get enough information to prove they are thieves. The number they give you to put on the airway bill is to the china national convention center.

These scams originate in Bhavnagar and Ahmedabad in Gujarat, India. Two known companies involved in this scam are eSpectrum and Zais. The Patel community should approach Narendra Modi to shut them down considering that most victims are Patels.
