Our company is call Global Reach Institute, and we have received numerous complaints of people receiving calls with Global Reach Int on their caller ID>  It is not us, we NEVER make unsolicited calls, and don't utilize telemarketing in our organization.  The phone number that is making these calls is not associated with us in any way. Our organization is headquartered in Spokane, Washington, not Los Angeles.    Please understand we have done everything we can think of to make them stop using this caller ID and making unsolicited calls, however have been told by the phone company, etc, that there is nothing they can do.  We are mortified that our good name is being smeared by whomever is making these calls, but please understand that it is NOT Global Reach Institute, just as your identity can be stolen, so can your company ID apparently.  We are a humanitarian/educational travel organization that develops educational/humanitarian international programs to help make the world a better place for everybody.  The calls you are receiving are not from Global Reach Institute (for International Education).

    October 22: I'm in SD. 1 call from globalreach int. and 2 calls within 1/2 an hour on 10/23 at about 8:30 PM. Picked it up the first time on 10/23 but no answer. Did not pick up on second call.

    People, i am a private investigator who has been called by this Global Reach at least 50 times in one week so I did a search.  It is not Peggy Smith in Las Vegas nor is it Jay Sherbondy that is behind these calls or scam. It is this person: Marcel Kuijsten, 2243 Cassatt Dr, Henderson, NV.  He applied for a job apparently back in 2004 with Global Reach in Las Vegas and was turned down so he set up this looping call system offshore in retribution,which has since been picked up by scammers in the Philippines.  Candidly, I interviewed both Peggy and Jay and they have been incessantly harassed for something they are not involved in at all.  Also, death threats are looked into by the Feds so please do not put death threats anywhere on the net.  I sincerely hope this helps.

    Looks like they are changing numbers again. I just started getting calls today from 213-239-2891.Gues if I ignore them long enough they will go away. then again, if I am having a bad day, they might just be the perfect bunch to vent on.

    I am totally sick of these [***] calling my home.  They start as early as 8am and the latest call i recieved was at 1030pm, i told the lady she was violating a law that protects consumers from unsolicited calls becuase she called me after 9pm.  talking about some bull about an online grant i applied for oinline, i knew it was a scam just didnt know how they had my name and number.  it is so annoying i want the calls to stop i dont know what else to do, the number they are calling me from is 213-426-2705! my phone rings constantly non stop!! it driving me insane....the caller ID reads GlobalReach Int. does anyone have any suggestions? help!!!

    although the number calling me is 213-426-2705 I am convinced it is the same people, globalreach inc. after 20 calls from them I called and told them to stop calling me, He mentioned the gov. grant.I told him I was working with the f.c.c. since that call to them, I have received approx. another 20 calls. The truth about the F.C.C. is they don't do a thing for you. So I am going to get one of those air horns tomorrow and I am going to call them all day long and blow there ear drums out, I can't wait. I hope I have great success and everyone's head's will be ringing just like mine is from the non stop calls, for three days every 20 min.

    I just began getting these calls this morning. The number that shows up on my caller id is 213-452-6593. When I tr deto ido the reverse phone look up it just said that it was a Los Angeles based company. So I called 411 and gave them the number and asked them for the address of the company so that I could either call or write to have them take me off their caller list and wouldn't you know it, they had no address listed. The operator suggested that I call the toll free Do Not Call registry and register my number so I did. The number to that is 888-382-1222. After your number has been on the registry for 31 days, all telemarketers will be required to stop calling your number. If they continue to call you can call the registry back and file a complaint or file one at donotcall.gov. To file a complaint you will need the company name and phone number. I hope this is helpful.

    the number that they call me from is  2132392895  they call me seven timesb  in one day and never say not a word

    It's someone about government grants. They've been calling and calling so I finally called back and that's what it is. If you tell them to put you on the do not call list they won't call anymore. :)

    Going to file civil harassment
    They phone me from (213) 239-2891.  I don't usually answer calls from people I don't recognize.  After incessant calls, I answered.  He asked for a person who once lived at my house (I get old mail occasionally).  I said "there's no one here by that name".  He confirmed MY ADDRESS and claimed that it was the information given to Him by the person they called for.  I replied that there could be NO WAY the number they are calling is associated with my address because I've only lived here 5 months.  I told them to kindly stop calling.

    They keep calling.  Next time I'll threaten CIVIL HARASSMENT.

    If you have Comcast, you can have calls forwarded to another phone number and your phone never rings.  I've set every telemarketer call I get to call their 213-239-2897 phone number.  This number works, someone does answer, and it's the number they always call me from.

    I received 2 annoying calls already today from 213-488-8201. I have comcast, and let me see what i can do to forward these to another number as someone posted earlier

    Globalreach Scammers Please Bite My [***]
    These people have called me 41 times in the last two months.  One of the times I answered it took about 10 seconds for a human to start speaking.  He had a slightly foreign accent and started giving me some sales pitch about getting government money for education and he said, "I need to update our information, so your e-mail account is xxxxx at hotmail.com?"  
    I said no.  
    He said, "and you live at 3228 xxxxxxx Street?"
    I said no.  Red Flag.  Right now I'm thinking this is some con game. Who does business like this?!
    He said, "Oh, then what is your address?"
    I politely told him 'never mind, and to take me off the calling list and stop calling me'.
    The man said nothing but he made an irritated huff noise and hung up on me!  The next time they called I just said, "Take me off your calling list."  Then I hung up.
    Since then they've called another 35 times.  I am on the 'Do Not Call' Registry.  They obviously don't care about breaking Federal laws or outright harassing people.  The government should be investigating these people and sending them to jail.

    the number they use calling me is 2313-488-8203 and there is NEVER a manager around, and they won't give out the CEO's name.  i called them 4 times and each time they say they will remove me from list, so i am filing 2nd complaint with FCC now.  Same as everyone else; they constantly call and no one is there when i pick up.
