Our company is call Global Reach Institute, and we have received numerous complaints of people receiving calls with Global Reach Int on their caller ID>  It is not us, we NEVER make unsolicited calls, and don't utilize telemarketing in our organization.  The phone number that is making these calls is not associated with us in any way. Our organization is headquartered in Spokane, Washington, not Los Angeles.    Please understand we have done everything we can think of to make them stop using this caller ID and making unsolicited calls, however have been told by the phone company, etc, that there is nothing they can do.  We are mortified that our good name is being smeared by whomever is making these calls, but please understand that it is NOT Global Reach Institute, just as your identity can be stolen, so can your company ID apparently.  We are a humanitarian/educational travel organization that develops educational/humanitarian international programs to help make the world a better place for everybody.  The calls you are receiving are not from Global Reach Institute (for International Education).

    ive gotten about 20 calls within the last week and 4 calls as of today im getting calls from a 213-239-2894 number

    The number that is calling me in Texas is 213-239-2892.
    I have a non-published number but it didn't make a bit of difference.
    I have had the number blocked and it didn't make a bit of difference.
    I changed my phone number and it didn't make a bit of difference.
    There ought to be a law--on second thought, it probably wouldn't make a bit of difference.

    The number that keeps calling me is 213-239-2894. I'm calling 888-382-1222 and after about 30 days donotcall.gov

    Six to ten times a day getting calls from 213-515-3445. Driving me nuts!

    I received a call from Global Reach Int.  The fellow on the line was offering me a chance to pursue my education, to receive advice on continuing my education, the advice being free.  He then asked me when I would consider continuing my education, at which point I told him I have two graduate degrees, and I did not want to pursue continuing my education.  He then asked if it would be within the next month, or within three to six months.  Out of desparation (did I spell that corretly?), I told him three to six months.  He then told me that a representative would call me at that time to discuss my education interests.  I tried calling them back, was put on hold (30 minutes), at which point I just hung up, and tried finding them on line.  I can't find them on line.  This is b***s**t!!!

    Well, I just read all the post from this company of which I just got a call on my cell phone from them this morning! I had no idea who they were, so when they asked for my name, I told them they had the wrong number, and then proceeded to do a reverse phone look up, and got the info sent to my cell phone and it said they were Global Reach Int. and then I ran a search on them, and it led me to here! I actually hid my caller id, and called the number back, and got a machine saying that all their cust.service reps were busy,to hold for an answer, which I didn't! I want to let everyone on here know that they have changed thier number to 213-239-2894. which is totaly different than the numbers I have seen in everone's post's on here! I don't know about ya'll but my number has been on the do not call list for over a year now, and my phone has a way that I can actually set it so that anyone who is not in my contact's cannot call me, it will dump them strait into voice mail. So for anyone who may have this feature, I suggest that you turn it on, to help avoid any unwanted calls from people, and telemarketers with whom you don't want to speak to. I still am not sure where or how they got my name and number, but they won't be able to call me again! Hope this helps everyone who seems to be having issues with these people! Good luck to all, and eveidently the FCC hasn't done anything to stop them, looks like all they've done is change the number!

    I too just received a call from Global Reach Int. and their number is 213 239 2894 and they are persistent.  Fortunately, my fax was on and they have not called back.  I also checked to make sure that my DO NOT Call Registry was working.  How they got thru is beyond me.

    My son finally caught the phone on the second ring as it never rings more than 3 times. He spoke to a man who said he would take him off the list.  Today it rang 2 times and I called them back.  I have been on hold now for over an hour.

    This is the number that has been calling us.  Offering my son a phd!  He was looking for a grant for culinary arts.  He spoke to a guy after hundreds of calls coming in.  He apologized for bothering us and said he would take us off the call list.  It lasted one week.  I wish I could afford a phone to be able to block it.  They only let it ring 2 times and hang up. Surely something can be done to stop them.

    The number calling me now is 213-239-2896 and I have been on hold for 15 minutes. I was trying to find out what they wanted and who they were so while I was on hold I figured I'd google them and here I am. So this is another number they use so beware. And I also am on the national do not call list. Go figure.

    I've been getting calls from this outfit as well. It started when I got a new phone number. The number I'm getting calls from is 213-488-8236.  Looks like they're using a bunch of different numbers. This must make it harder for the FCC to track. I'm reporting this number anyway.

    Global Reach Int calls me every week.  They called me 12 times today!  The number they are calling from is:  408-400-8080.  No one answers at that number  What is or can be done to stop this madness?

    Well they have changed numbers now!!!  Now they are using 408-400-8080.  I have my phone on do not disturb so it is not ringing through but I can still see who is calling me online!!!   It is getting really old!!!
