Our company is call Global Reach Institute, and we have received numerous complaints of people receiving calls with Global Reach Int on their caller ID>  It is not us, we NEVER make unsolicited calls, and don't utilize telemarketing in our organization.  The phone number that is making these calls is not associated with us in any way. Our organization is headquartered in Spokane, Washington, not Los Angeles.    Please understand we have done everything we can think of to make them stop using this caller ID and making unsolicited calls, however have been told by the phone company, etc, that there is nothing they can do.  We are mortified that our good name is being smeared by whomever is making these calls, but please understand that it is NOT Global Reach Institute, just as your identity can be stolen, so can your company ID apparently.  We are a humanitarian/educational travel organization that develops educational/humanitarian international programs to help make the world a better place for everybody.  The calls you are receiving are not from Global Reach Institute (for International Education).

    I registered my number with the do not call registry, problem is your number has to be on the list for 31 days before you can lodge a complaint. I put the 213-430-4297 in by mistake and got a message saying that number was registered May 15, don't know what that's about. If I keep getting calls from them after the 31 days I'll see if lodging a complaint with do not call works.

    I receive at least 6 calls a day from them.  The number that appears on my caller id is 213-430-4297.  If I answer the phone, whoever is calling hangs up once I say hello.  If I let it go to voice mail they hang up once the voice mail picks up.  Very annoying and frustrating.  This just started 3 days ago.

    Just today I started receiving phone calls from a similar number. Same area code. Like some of you I too do not answer the phone if I do not know the #. The # calling me is 213-426-2705. The name is also GlobalReach Int. They have called 9 times that I can count so far in the last 2 hours. I read a post earlier that said something about someone moving and got a new phone number. Thier provider being Time Warner. Thats is also my phone service provider. Anyone else with Time Warner? If we all are then we can complain to them. If they are selling our info, they are doing it illegally. If I find out they are I'm not going to be happy. I'm going to do a little research and see if I can't come up to some answers. If I find anything I'll post.

    i am getting the same type of calls from the same number all thow we have them on block so i have no clue if they answer the phones

    Ive also been getting the same call from the 213-430-4297 Wish I knew how to stop it they call up to 5 times aday.

    I have been getting these calls also now for 2 weeks. They call at least 5 times a day. They are driving me crazy. I blocked them on my phone but it still rings once before its blocked. I asked the phone co. if they could block this number & it would cost me $6 a month for that. I dont know what to do anymore. They apparently are using an automated dialing system. If I pick up no one is there. My caller ID shows Global Reach INT. The number is 213-426-2761. Ive called the number & its temp. out of service.
    What else can be done?

    They call me up to five times a day and I am a TWC customer also. I called TWC cable tonight ab0ut the phone calls. They assured me they do not sell customer phone numbers. If thats true or not who knows? But I do know some people on here are not TWC customers that are getting the calls. Funny part is I have an unlisted number so I have NO IDEA how they got my number to begin with. If you find anything out please let me know.

    I get them as well. I added call blocking to my phone so maybe this will help. The number calling me is 213 452-6533. Someone needs to get a life.

    i have now received calls several times a day from these people too. i finally answered yesterday and got a person and told them to take my number off their calling list. they hung up. then they keep calling. several times today. i answered again and told them the same thing (only harsher), and that i'd told them that yesterday also. they hung up again. and they keep calling!!!

    yeah, my number is unlisted too. and i expect that even if a computer generates the numbers randomly, how did they get my name to go with it? this ought to be criminally investigated as harassment!

    I have also been getting many calls a day from these poeple. I did report them to the FCC but I havent heard anything yet. The 3rd time they called me today I did answer the phone. I yelled at this woman on the other end telling her I reported them to the FCC & I said just go ahead & keep calling. Every call you make is another fine for you to pay. She egnored me & kept talking. I then screamed at her telling them to never call my house again & hung up. This was 3 hrs ago & hurray I havent received a call yet. Hopefully it worked. I dont know yet.

    I am getting the calls from the same number as you here in NH>
    We don't answer or don't call back.
    The FCC should get involved with this scam .the phone company doesn't care they get paid for each call they make.

    They have been calling every 20 - 30 minutes from 6pm to 9pm. I am sick of them. Why cant FCC stop these calls. Look how many people are complaining as well. I am calling FCC as well. I will copy the phone calls from now on and report this to FCC and police and should get a fine from them to buy me a new house, down payment that is. They are 213-430-4297. Most of the time they are not there on the line.

    They are calling me about 5 or more times a day and they are pissing me off i answered the phone to chew them out but if you answer the phone there automated system disconnects and if your machine tries to pick up the message they disconnect and call back again and again.  The phone number there using on me is  213-228-8114 This is [***] we pay for a phone service and then some and still cant get something this simple taken care of or they try to charge you more to have it blocked WTF.  America is going in the dumps with moral obligation and just doing the right thing.  Someone needs to pay.
