Our company is call Global Reach Institute, and we have received numerous complaints of people receiving calls with Global Reach Int on their caller ID>  It is not us, we NEVER make unsolicited calls, and don't utilize telemarketing in our organization.  The phone number that is making these calls is not associated with us in any way. Our organization is headquartered in Spokane, Washington, not Los Angeles.    Please understand we have done everything we can think of to make them stop using this caller ID and making unsolicited calls, however have been told by the phone company, etc, that there is nothing they can do.  We are mortified that our good name is being smeared by whomever is making these calls, but please understand that it is NOT Global Reach Institute, just as your identity can be stolen, so can your company ID apparently.  We are a humanitarian/educational travel organization that develops educational/humanitarian international programs to help make the world a better place for everybody.  The calls you are receiving are not from Global Reach Institute (for International Education).

    We don't answer or don't call back.
    The FCC should get involved with this scam .the phone company doesn't care they get paid for each call they make.

    They have been calling every 20 - 30 minutes from 6pm to 9pm. I am sick of them. Why cant FCC stop these calls. Look how many people are complaining as well. I am calling FCC as well. I will copy the phone calls from now on and report this to FCC and police and should get a fine from them to buy me a new house, down payment that is. They are 213-430-4297. Most of the time they are not there on the line.

    They are calling me about 5 or more times a day and they are pissing me off i answered the phone to chew them out but if you answer the phone there automated system disconnects and if your machine tries to pick up the message they disconnect and call back again and again.  The phone number there using on me is  213-228-8114 This is [***] we pay for a phone service and then some and still cant get something this simple taken care of or they try to charge you more to have it blocked WTF.  America is going in the dumps with moral obligation and just doing the right thing.  Someone needs to pay.

    I did a google search and the web is FULL of complaints similar to yours. This is the best i could find. They are a telemarketing company outsourced in the Phillipines. Call these people's 1-800 number and tell them to stop.

    Yes I have also been getting at least 5 calls a day for the past month from them ,also they hang up before my machine answers now.I have caller ID so I just let it ring and let them waste their time.

    I have recieved over 50 calls in one day from the same number this needs to be taken to your congress representive so something can be done.  I have personally went and spoke with my representive and he has assured me that he will be looking into this problem.

    "Global Reach Int" called me on 6.30.09 PM, in reference to a request I had made for additional information pertaining to a "Government sposored grant program that poped up during a search for information originally pertaining to and intended for the Federal "Second Economic Stimulus Check", federal web site ."org" which I had "googled" originally. This is a diversionary and preditory script that rides over the actual Government web site that re-routes the individual Browser to the unsuspecting consumer!! Then in one or two weeks, you will recieve repetetive phone solicitation from "Global Reach Int" 213-430-4297 acting as an agent for a Government handout program "no pay backs required". "Since you may have already filled out the online application, we only require a credit card # for a discounted federal multi-departmental packet of forms for the low- low price of only $2.95 shipping and handling..." " Please provide us your Debit or Credit card number and we will be happy to ship you out your packet with in 10-14 days!!"

    Try registering your phone number with the "National DO NOT CALL REGISTRY", this should reduce about 90% of your solicitation!!!

    We get unlimited calls from the same number - except it's 4298 here.

    There is never a voice when we answer - what is the purpose of their calls?

    I have been getting calls too. They call all day. I finally answer to
    see what they would say. They said I went on line and applied for a
    grant. They wanted to know if I was still interested. I told them that
    I didn't. He said okay and hung up. The number was called from 213-452-6533

    Yes, like many of you, I to receive the calls from 213-452-6533 4 times a day.  I've learned from past telemarkerters that the best way is not to answer the phone at all.  The phone company will charge you to block the call.  I wanted to hook up a recording of a FAX machine to my answering maching so that would be what they hear when they call my phone number.  But, I'm presently unemployed and need to use this line to receive calls for interviews.  GOOD LUCK FOLKS!!!  If ya find a way to stop 'em let us know..........

    They call me nightly, at least 5 times today!  Usually it's no answer when I pck up, but I got another call where they actually identified themselves saying: "We are offering grants and we need your credit card number for $2.95 processing to ship your CD of information."  I knew it was a scam because I never filled out an application for a grant.  We asked for information to be sent and they said they couldn't do it & got very indignant with me.  They said we could go to their website something like grantmembers.com to get more info.

    We have been getting phone calls also. On our caller ID it lists GLOBALREACH INT. The number is 213-430-4299. The calls begin @8:30 a.m. It is really annoying. Good luck to all of you experiencing these phone calls. I'm going to report the name & number to the Better Business Bureau.

    I am getting the same calls also in western North Carolina.  TONS of them daily, nobody is there when I pick up so I just ignore the calls now.  I am already registered with the "do not call" program, but they are getting past it in some way.

    Here's another # for GLOBALREACH INT - (213) 426-2705 fyi, I get countless calls a day from that called ID name & number. Add that to the list of #'s they use. I'm calling Verizon & have them block it first thing Monday morning. This has to stop like yesterday! They have no class, dignity or mercy and these people need to be silenced Immediately if not sooner! If I had my way, I'd silence them another way!! ;-) wink*

    They are calling me 10 to 15 times a day starting at 7:00am until 11:30 pm From 213 452-6533. It also started when I went to a goverment page and they poped up wanting credit card # and so on. I am on the National do not call list. I am keeping records to turn over to the FCC

    Please stop calling!  I don't care how much your company protest it's not you, all indications are that it is Global Reach Int. I get up to 10 calls a day.  The Better Business Bureau would love to know about this.
