Our company is call Global Reach Institute, and we have received numerous complaints of people receiving calls with Global Reach Int on their caller ID>  It is not us, we NEVER make unsolicited calls, and don't utilize telemarketing in our organization.  The phone number that is making these calls is not associated with us in any way. Our organization is headquartered in Spokane, Washington, not Los Angeles.    Please understand we have done everything we can think of to make them stop using this caller ID and making unsolicited calls, however have been told by the phone company, etc, that there is nothing they can do.  We are mortified that our good name is being smeared by whomever is making these calls, but please understand that it is NOT Global Reach Institute, just as your identity can be stolen, so can your company ID apparently.  We are a humanitarian/educational travel organization that develops educational/humanitarian international programs to help make the world a better place for everybody.  The calls you are receiving are not from Global Reach Institute (for International Education).

    I have posted complaints online to FCC, FTC, DO-NOT-CALL, THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, and the BETTER BUSINESS.  Since doing this 2 days ago, I have not recieved any calls from GLOBALREACH.

    these people need to stop i am tired of the phone calls there should be a  law against businesses calling your house every  7 to 8 mins. when i called back to ask them to stop i just got elevator music and no one ever came on the phone who are they and what do they want?!!!

    I see lots of complaints but no solutions.  I did call my phone service provider.  They can't block any certain number but can block solicitors so I hope this will help.  Not sure what my next step will be if I get another call but if I figure it out, I'll post that here too.

    Try putting yourself on the do not call list. At least that way if they do continue to call you will have a leg to stand on and will legally be able to do something.

    I have recieved at least 10 calls today from 213-228-8111, maybe more I was gone for a couple hours. I don't answer the phone because I don't know who it is. I would like to see this harrassment stopped.

    Started receiving calls this morning from 213.430.4260, then 800.394.1861, asking for 'Owner or Manager of the business'.  Have received 5 calls that I answered, and several single rings/hangups.

    I just started to get calls today 6/9/08 they are calling back to back from the number 213-228-8111.PLEASE STOP THEM FROM CALLING.How did they get my number.PLEASE,PLEASE DO SOMETHING

    We started getting calls a couple weeks ago. 3 or 4 times a day. They won't talk to anyone but me and I'm never home when they call. Sometimes my wife says that nobody answers back. The # is 213-228-8111. My wife is upset about it but I say just don't answer or get an answering machine. I still think somebody can do something about it though. Maybe somebody can find him and beat the [***] (oh..i'm sorry) crap out of him. From what i've read about this jerk he needs his ass kicked...I'll do it for free!!!!!

    Today i got a phone call from this idiot. the number that shows up is 213-218-8111 I simply called my phone company and blocked his number from calling me Its simple and fast do it.. the next time the moron tries calling me he wont get me it will get a recording that we no longer accept calls from that number try it!

    I can verify the 213-228-8111 number for "global reach int" on the caller ID as of June 17th 2008. at least 10 calls in the last 12 hours.

    I have gotten at least 20 of these calls today its 9:18 P.M. and they just called again. I to am contacting the FCC. the number today is 213-228-8111

    This is July 4th so far there has been two calls from these jerks. They have called in the past as well, when I started to type their number in google it came up right after the area code was typed in.

    This same company and phone number calls me every freakin day!  Once they start, they just continuously call approximately every 5 to 10 minutes, non-stop, til about 10 at night.  The number can't be put on rejection or forwarding or anything!  I was going to forward his number to automatically route to the police department non-emergency number.  It must be a cell phone.

    I just received three calls from 213-228-8111 in about 10 minutes. This is a first for me. I came across this website when I entered the name on the caller i.d. It's like he's hanging up, calling, hanging up, calling...... This has to stop.

    In this morning alone from 8:00 to 10:30 I have gotten 10 calls from this Globalreach INT. I am trying to babysit and this telemarketer is mkaing me mad and making things difficult. I have answered them 3 times to tell them to stop and they keep going. When I call back Im put on hold for long periods of time and nobody answers. When I threaten to call the FCC they just keep calling. When I called the nearest FCC the numbers werent valid. They are harassing me and if I could sue them then I would. I dont know what to do...can someone help me?
