We purchased a Spring Air Mattress June 13, 2005 from Cajun Brothers in Conway, AR. One of the main reasons we purchased this mattress was the warranty. We noticed that the mattress was sagging (on both sides) where we sleep. Cajun Brothers came to our house, (February 2007), took pictures, measured the sag and sent them to Spring Air.

Spring Air replied that our mattress was not that bad. We needed to rotate the mattress. Not that bad? Is a Spring Air mattress supposes to be comfortable and not sag for 2 years only? That is almost $500.00 a year for a bed. I really do not think this is acceptable. We are very unhappy with this mattress. We are supposed to have a 100% warranty not to be prorated in any way.We have a king size Vienna pillow top.

I sleep on the right side in the summer and my husband on the left. In the winter, we switch. In my opinion, we are rotating the mattress. We are unhappy about the way we have been treated. If a mattress is sagging, IT IS SAGGING. It does not make any difference how much. If something is broken, it is broken. We do not want another Spring Air mattress; another one would probably do the same thing as this one has. We are truthfully tired of the hassle. We have lived with this for a year now its time something was done. We expect a refund from Spring Air.

Don't wait on that number.  I just called it this am and was told the warrenty would not be honored.  They just sell the beds and don't manufacturer them.  There was nothing he could do.

Bought a Spring Air mattress in 6/2008. Business went under in 2009.... now my 10 year warranty is invalid. So unfair!! This mattress is a piece of junk and I will never buy a Spring Air ever again. Customer service only wants to sell me a new mattress at a "discount"! What a joke!

You're lucky because you bought with the new company. We all bought with the old company before 2009. We are all screwed :(

I have had my Spring Air for 3 yrs. and that has been the worst 3 yrs. ever. Me and my husband have had back problems ever since. So, if you are thinking about buying one "don't" worst mistake ever.

We bought a SpringAir in 2003 and with in 18 month the bed was sagging, so bad that it felt like you would high center on the mattress if you tried to roll over to the other side. Our furniture company actually honored the mattress with giving us a new one.  This mattress is sagging as well, I would never ever buy a Spring Air mattress they are a joke

    Dear sir or mam,

I used to work for these guys.  Truth be told that if your mattress was inspected by Precise Mattress Inspection, your mattress warranty will be voided.  I was told that whatever I did I MUST find a way to void the warranty! If there was not a stain put one there. If the client was watching me, and I could not find a plausable reason to void the warranty then and ONLY then should I recomend a replacement

Was wondering if you could email me more information about Percise Mattress inspections, since you use to work there... I am having a second inspection done since their was some problems with the first one, and they are sending out the same inspector... not sure that this is fair, but I guess I don't have a choice. I would appreciate it if you would contact me a.s.a.p. since the second inspection is going to be this Friday.  Thank you so much, my email address is orangecountyme@gmail.com

Well I guess I can get in line behind a large group of people that were screwed out of what they rightly deserved. I purchased my bed in October
2006 and the 10 year warrantee was a big part of the reason that I choose Spring Air. I called my local bedding place and they gave me the number in Texas. Texas gave me the number in Ma. Diane sent me my "options" and neither one of them looked good. Someone should be held responsible for this. Trust me when I say that EVERYONE that I know or come in contact with will be told about the terrible way Spring Air handles their business and not to buy their crappy products.

I have had my spring air for 2 1/2 years now and its sinking in on both sides!! got a 3 inch "dip" so warranty should replace! HA yea right Farmers where I bought it will give me half off a new one which is better than spring air will do! But not good enough for this crappy mattress set I am stuck with~ I did call today and Spring air is not spring air anymore but still under the name!! Just different owners!!

We are another couple with a pos bed ...we bought our bed in April of 08 and it has sagging on both sides of the bed. We have rotated the bed and it doesn't help! It really sucks when you pay that much for a bed and it doesn't last more the 3 years.

I'm taking my back of the line number as well.  I purchased my mattress as a top of the line by Spring Air back in 03.  I told the salesman at a "family owned mattress co. that has been in business for decades" in Eugene, Oregon that due to illness (severe fibro and back issues) I would be spending the majority of my time in bed and needed the best they had no matter the price. "Oh we have just what you need"... HA!!!

Within months the bed was sagging in the middle even though I rotated it every month as well as coils starting to poke through on the sides where my then 5 & 8 year old children would sit.  My warranty was 10 years as well.  I complained to Spring Air and was told to contact the seller for replacement.  Seller was no help and referred me back to S.A, I could see I wasn't going to get anywhere.
I paid over $4,500 for the mattress, boxspring and a cherry wood sleighbed that turned out to be pine with a cherry finish.  Not only did I get ripped by Spring Air I also got it from the matress wholesaler.
If anyone has ever seen the movie Office Space by Mike Judge...  I wish I could do to my Spring Air what Samir & Michael Bolton did to the office copier!

Just beginning my research on replacing my sagging Spring Air and see that I have lots of company.  Anyone ever try to deal with Mattress Firm to get them to honor the warranty?  I haven't tried yet, but thought I'd get advice before calling.

I purchase a Spring Air Matress from Rodes Finture Store in Columbia which is now closed.  This matress has been a pain in the side. It is  like sleep in a deep hold. I paid over a thousand for this matress that is completely no good.  They wanted me to find transportation to bring this matress to one of their store factor in South Carolina that was about 62 miles from my home.  They do not honor their warrant.  I am not please with this matress nor the company representor attitude about the matter.  I stuck with an expense matress that is not serving me well.

What is your weight?  Where did you make your purchase?  Do you have the proper frame supports?

We bought our king size mattress from the old Famous Barr Co (now Macy's)in 2008. I have fibromyalgia and needed a mattress that did not have springs.  We bought the Hotel Suite series by Spring Air in king size with the 20 year warranty; a combination of different foams/memory foam mattress. We rotated it as required to "protect the manufacturer warranty" as stated on the paperwork. Three years later the mattress is sagging so badly that my husband and I roll to the middle and cannot get a good nights sleep.  We paid over $2800 for this mattress/box springs on sale. He ends up going in the other room and sleeping on a 14 year old Simmons Beautyrest that is 4 years past it's 10 year warranty, and a fraction of the cost of this Spring Air. I've been trying to contact Macy's customer service to make a claim on the warranty and keep getting the run around.  I will try the Spring Air International phone number from the above blogger. We paid hard earned money due to the 20 year warranty in good faith and expected to get good service out of this mattress.

Ours was made on 3/18/10.  We bought it on
7/27/10, and started giving us both back pain every morning starting
in June of 2011.  We notified BEDLAND Mattress in the Town Square Mall,
Owensboro, KY where bought it.  They sent a man to "check it" with a strip
of wood and a tape measure and told us it was the box springs and gave us a
new one.  I knew that was not the problem, and the mattress still gave us
no good rest.  It was still sagging on both sides, just like we told them
the first time.  I called back to the store.  They said they would send the
man back to re measure it.  TO DATE, NOTHING! Don't buy any mattress from
Bedland In Owensboro, KY! They just try to mislead you away from the problem. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give them a score 00000!
