We purchased a Spring Air Mattress June 13, 2005 from Cajun Brothers in Conway, AR. One of the main reasons we purchased this mattress was the warranty. We noticed that the mattress was sagging (on both sides) where we sleep. Cajun Brothers came to our house, (February 2007), took pictures, measured the sag and sent them to Spring Air.

Spring Air replied that our mattress was not that bad. We needed to rotate the mattress. Not that bad? Is a Spring Air mattress supposes to be comfortable and not sag for 2 years only? That is almost $500.00 a year for a bed. I really do not think this is acceptable. We are very unhappy with this mattress. We are supposed to have a 100% warranty not to be prorated in any way.We have a king size Vienna pillow top.

I sleep on the right side in the summer and my husband on the left. In the winter, we switch. In my opinion, we are rotating the mattress. We are unhappy about the way we have been treated. If a mattress is sagging, IT IS SAGGING. It does not make any difference how much. If something is broken, it is broken. We do not want another Spring Air mattress; another one would probably do the same thing as this one has. We are truthfully tired of the hassle. We have lived with this for a year now its time something was done. We expect a refund from Spring Air.

We are victims too!  Are there any Lawyers out there who purchased Spring Air mattresses...now would be a good time to file a class action suit...I just wonder who to sue?  Ya can't get blood out of a turnip...But the people who purchased Spring Air must have know what they were getting into...who is in favor of suing them!!!

I purchased a sleep fitness spring air mattress in 2004 or after that, they don't make this mattress anymore I am told. I don't want to replace it as the mattress is still fine. some water got spilled on it and didn't get all of it up before it started to mildew. Anyone know  or is there a spring air corp guy out there reading this that can tell me how to get rid of the milldew.  I have tried other mattress to see about replacing this one ,but nothing feels the same as this one. It is called the never turn mattress.   My email is Diana2000234@earthlink.net if someone can give some advice on how to clean the mildew. it's in one spot but there are pink spots also on it,I've read that's mold starting so I want to get on this right away. Thanks Diane.

    Aching, breaking hips and back
I purchased a $1,200 pillow top Spring Air six years ago, and it has about a 3" sag in the middle.  I can barely walk.  I just called Spring Air, and they told me that they did not honor those warranties because the Spring Air Company went bankrupt from that time, and they are a new company, now.  I can not believe I paid that much for a mattress and box springs, and they were only OK for maybe 5 years!  It' like sleeping in a hammock.  What a piece of crap!

Dito dito and dito. I bought the queen size Oasis model by Spring Air in 2003 from a store in Santa Fe New Mexico. It's been wreaking havoc on my bones for a few years now.

Recently, I've been researching mattresses to buy which led me to this site. WOW! I had no idea so many others were also in similar situation - I thought I was the only one with Spring Air mattress problem.

    unhappy with spring air
I have had my Spring Air 8 months.....it is a back supporter euro top......at first it was wonderful.  I turn my mattress around every two weeks like they told me to do.   I now sleep in it ....not on top of it.   I am a light weight person, so it should not be sagging.  I gave up my 22 year old mattress that never sagged until the last couple of years for this pathetic excuse of a mattess.   They are made in North Carolina.  So much for helping out your state.   I looked on their website and  it says I will  have to take the mattress to them or pay someone to do that.  They will "repair" and then I will have to pick it up.    I will never ever purchase Spring Air again.

I bought a new Spring Air Mattress just a couple of weeks ago (2013) and was just on here trying to find the Warranty Information...  since they did not even give me the packet they were supposed to when it was delivered!  I have serious back problems, too, and even explained this to the salesperson before buying--and he still sold me this piece of junk that is sagging all over the place--and it has even been rotated in that short period of time!

Same problem as everyone else.  I have a Spring Air Back Supporter Swedish Cashmere purchased in 2006 (?)   Within 6 months we both noticed it sagging where we sleep.  Read their so called warranty and determined we were screwed!  We faithfully rotated the mattress  per directions.  However, it didn't help much with a pillow top mattress that cannot be flipped over.  One alternative I tried was to turn the mattress a half turn and fill the gap at the top of the bed with overstuffed king size  pillows.  Looks terrible but did sleep much better.  Have since turned it back the correct way and will soon be looking to buy a new mattress.  A huge waste of big money.  Purchased at Hank's Fine Furniture, Conway, AR.

Ditto.   Same problem, exact same king size mattress also purchased at Hank's Fine Furniture in Conway in 2006!  It started saggin within 4 months.   I read the warranty and determined we were screwed.   I too, turn the mattress one quarter turn and stuff between the headboard and mattress with pillows, but now that's sagging.   Wasted money!  Had issues with the other $6,000 worth of furniture purchased there also!

    Lori upset customer
I purchased a Spring Air back supporter euro top clover mattress and box springs and frame in Dec12. After one month by 18yr daughter was complaining of her back hurting and that mattress was sagging. The edges all around had given out. I called furniture store they called dealer. I got a replacement mattress and box springs 6 weeks later. Well now it has been 3 months and its doing the same thing again. After reading reviews here and on other sites I dont want a replacement I would rather get my money back but we will see. Im trying to get a hold of furniture store now. The owner is a real B. Last time she told me the bed was for sleeping not sitting on. I had to explain that I couldnt sit on it to lay down.

    I'm so confused...
I bought a mattress on 4/19/2009 and it started to sag after 2-3 years. I bought it because when I voiced concerns regarding warranty to the salesperson at Leed's in L.A. he said Spring Air was the best, had the best customer service and so forth.
Now I call multiple times before I get to speak to someone briefly explain the situation and the person with Spring Air is so rude and tells me they went out of business on May 1, 2009 and there is nothing that can be done. So they went out of business 12 days after I bought the mattress??
I called Leed's and can barely understand the man that answered, but I understood enough to hear him offer to sell me a new bed...

Sagging couch better than NEW mattress
You have all got to be kidding me!!!  Really?  This many complaints?!?!?!  I am now the most ticked-off owner of a $1000 white elephant in my room.  I am now sleeping on my couch after purchasing a SpringAir EPT queen set 7/4/13.  Just shy of the store's 14 day return policy, I had the first set replaced because I sunk so deep into the mattress that I would fight all night just to turn over and felt it must be defective....only 12 days old mind you.  They replaced the mattress and didn't charge a re-delivery fee since it was apparent it was defective not a sleep comfort issue.  I was then told, I could only get the remaining 2 days of the original return policy remaining for the newest set.  The newest set seemed to be working out OK.  I could turn over and it appeared to have nice support like what was in the store at Mattress Discounters, Forestville, MD.  But wouldn't you know...within about 40 nights, I again began fighting to turn over due to sinking in so deep.  I can actually lay across the bed and my feet are lower than the rest of my body as one side has caved in.  I'm not a large person so weight isn't the issue and even if I were, at $1K, I'd expect and demand more than 40 nights.  I'm now sleeping on my couch which is close to 10 years old and sleep better than in this bed.  Because the mattress pops back up eventually  (you need 1 1/2" of impression), it's not considered defective and I'm stuck.  Back, shoulder, and buttock pain are all as a result of this mattress.  These folks need a class-action law suit filed against them and count me in!!!  For sale...mattress...

    not satisfied,watch what u buy.
I bought a mattress set from schewels furniture store, they say no handles r ever on mattresses, they delivered a never turn mattress,i don't have a problem w/turning the matress,i wanted the pillow mattress on both sides of mattress, but they delivered store display set,of 2 boxsprings and call it never turn mattress,i the customer ask them to correct it,nice, but they wouldn't,so i'm stuck with 2 store displays never turn boxsprings they call mattresses, while they most likely got the set I paid outrageous prices for, paid on time till paid,in their own home or gave it to a friend,dis-satisfied customer.
