Do not honor the warranty

We purchased a Spring Air Mattress June 13, 2005 from Cajun Brothers in Conway, AR. One of the main reasons we purchased this mattress was the warranty. We noticed that the mattress was sagging (on both sides) where we sleep. Cajun Brothers came to our house, (February 2007), took pictures, measured the sag and sent them to Spring Air.
Spring Air replied that our mattress was not that bad. We needed to rotate the mattress. Not that bad? Is a Spring Air mattress supposes to be comfortable and not sag for 2 years only? That is almost $500.00 a year for a bed. I really do not think this is acceptable. We are very unhappy with this mattress. We are supposed to have a 100% warranty not to be prorated in any way.We have a king size Vienna pillow top.
I sleep on the right side in the summer and my husband on the left. In the winter, we switch. In my opinion, we are rotating the mattress. We are unhappy about the way we have been treated. If a mattress is sagging, IT IS SAGGING. It does not make any difference how much. If something is broken, it is broken. We do not want another Spring Air mattress; another one would probably do the same thing as this one has. We are truthfully tired of the hassle. We have lived with this for a year now its time something was done. We expect a refund from Spring Air.

What has happened to pride of workmanship and standing behind products? Called Spring Air's number and keep getting voice mail. Unbelievable! Wish I had read these reviews before making the purchase, but at this point, is there any bedding company out there that is trustworthy?
What a unique way to dodge a warranty issue! It seems there is no corporate responsibility.....and oh by the way, the corporate organization filed bankruptcy to avoid this responsibility. How nice......what a piece of crap.
By the way, I hope you don't talk to your customers with the attitude that you displayed here. Remember that you are replying to consumers, everyone will eventually purchase a bed and that purchase may be from you.
Will try calling # you suggested. Thanks
Do yourself a favor and read the brochure that came with your set. Look at the pictures of frames that your manufacturer recommended for use with their product. Then take a look under your bed. Make sure you have a STEEL frame with center support legs that extend from the frame to the floor. If you have a sleigh bed or other decorative bed, you need a steel support rail kit with center support legs from a furniture store that is inexpensive and easy to install. It's unfortunate that so many people spend big bucks for a mattress set and then totally ignore or cheap out on the frame it is supposed to be placed on.
This will not apply to all situations but replacing an improper frame could possibly correct your sagging problem if you haven't done too much damage.
You wouldn't expect to own a car for 1,2,3 or more years, never maintain or put oil in it, and then demand that Ford, GM, etc. drive to your house and hand you a brand new free car because you never bothered to read the instructional brochure and follow the manufacturers requirements. Or would you?
