Do not honor the warranty

We purchased a Spring Air Mattress June 13, 2005 from Cajun Brothers in Conway, AR. One of the main reasons we purchased this mattress was the warranty. We noticed that the mattress was sagging (on both sides) where we sleep. Cajun Brothers came to our house, (February 2007), took pictures, measured the sag and sent them to Spring Air.
Spring Air replied that our mattress was not that bad. We needed to rotate the mattress. Not that bad? Is a Spring Air mattress supposes to be comfortable and not sag for 2 years only? That is almost $500.00 a year for a bed. I really do not think this is acceptable. We are very unhappy with this mattress. We are supposed to have a 100% warranty not to be prorated in any way.We have a king size Vienna pillow top.
I sleep on the right side in the summer and my husband on the left. In the winter, we switch. In my opinion, we are rotating the mattress. We are unhappy about the way we have been treated. If a mattress is sagging, IT IS SAGGING. It does not make any difference how much. If something is broken, it is broken. We do not want another Spring Air mattress; another one would probably do the same thing as this one has. We are truthfully tired of the hassle. We have lived with this for a year now its time something was done. We expect a refund from Spring Air.

Just called that number from WA state and was redirected by Diane to a lori webster in Utah at 801-478-1908. got a recording that said she's not in the office every day and periodically checks her messages. was told by Diane that the new company has no obligation to honor any spring air warranties.
What the hell? good luck. i doubt i will have my warranty honored.

On average there is a 5% comfort exchange or warranty exchange on products, that means 1 out of 20 got bad advice when purchasing a mattress. When you buy your next bed take your time, spen at least 1-2 hours in each store you visit and space out your visits or all the beds will eventually feel the same.
I myself return less than 1% of products where as one of my associates returns almost 10% of his, alot of finding the right bed is in finding the right person selling it.
Also understand that $1000 for a queen mattress is a very small investment over 10 years, a high quality queen set will go for $1500-$4000. Don't be afraid to invest in your mattress, you spend more time on it than anything else you will EVER OWN!
Price for feel they cannot be beat! You will never find an other $900 Queen set with individually wrapped coils, memory foam, a foam encased edge, zoned coil firmness, I could go on. They gave you a product that feels great for alot less, in fact about half, of what comparable Beautyrests cost.
They do not use as dense foams in thier products. Which makes them have that sinking feeling. They are designed to give you a VERY conforming feel.
Beds break in over time. Most stores replace thier floor models every few months. After two years a bed will feel softer than it did when you bought it in the store. Go in expecting that, any good salesperson would tell you that.
My company lost our Spring Air rights because our two bigger vendors, Sealy and Simmons, were suffereing too much because thier products could not compete. When we lost our contract, because of vendor quams, Spring Air lost 60% of thier west coast sales, and they shut thier doors less than 3 months later.
They had a great product at a great price, they averaged 6.2% warranty returns, 1.2% higher than average retailers.
Thats all
I have had continuous back problems within six months of the purchase. We just waited and thought we may "grow" into it. I'm still waiting.....
Going to try the the number provided above, however from the other posts, I don't think we'll have much luck. Mattress Giant...here I come.
