I found this complaint on-line and my scenario was exactly the same.

I received a call with a recorded voice saying the call was from "Card Services" telling me that I needed to "act now to save money on my credit cards or the offer would expire."  Then I was given an option to press a number to be connected with a live operator and the option to press another number to stop receiving any more "notifications".  I pressed to speak to the "operator" to ask why they're calling me since I am on the Do Not Call list.  She hung up on me immediately.  I tried to call the number back, but the number I tried was disconnected.

I just notified the Assistant US Attorney's Officer for Washington, DC about CARD SERVICES. I am waiting to hear back to make a complaint.

I suggest that if you are getting phone calls from CARD SERVICES, that you make a complaint with both the Assistant US Attorney for your state and the State's Attorney for your state. Strength in numbers, more complaints filed, faster response by the government.

Please take the time to file a complaint.

Here is the Parent Company of "Card Services"

    All In One Services
    (888) 654-2988
    4401 E Colonial Dr Ste 203, Orlando, FL 32803-5200
    fsmmcorp@gmail.com
    http://AllInoneServiceLLC.COM

I called them today and blocked my number using *67...Some lady answered and I asked her if this was Card Services and she said yes.  I then asked to speak with someone about being removed.  She put me on hold for a couple of minutes and when she returned, she said..."You're not one of our customers" and then promptly hung up.

Might be worth calling them if anyone has nothing better to do than waste their time and f_ck with them...Sweet Revenge ! ! !

I have called this phone number and the web address for that you provided and they are not called All In One Services and their web address doesn't work any longer.  They are now calling themselves Account Management Services.  Not sure how you were able to get them to admit to being Card Services.  They just say they have received a lot of calls that are related to the same concern.

I received calls everyday with a recorded voice saying "Card Services" telling me that I needed to "act now this is your last chance" "  Then I was given an option to press a number to be connected with a live operator and the option to press another number to stop receiving any more "notifications".  I pressed to speak to the "operator" to ask why they're calling me since I am on the Do Not Call list.  She hung up on me immediately. I get calls daily sometimes more than once a day. I have asked to be removed from their call list. I have also been told by them they were going to cancel my credit cards which i do not even have.... Today they called from this number 800-421-0000 when they picked up i didn't let him speak. I just laid into him about i get these calls every single day TODAY is a SAT. I have told you numerous times to stop calling I don't even have credit cards. He said " DAMN IT" I didn't wait for his response I hung up on him.

Next time I'm just going to have my kids( 4 yrs old and 2) i haven't found anything i have been able to stop them from calling.

I too am getting these annoying automated calls from Credit Card Services. In my case they seem to have a way of masking their true number because it is always different and with a different area code from different state. So reporting them to Do Not Call or The Federal Trade Commission is pointless. Nobody on this blog has any better ideas other than trying to annoying them back with blast horns or wasting their time by leading them on.THIS IS NOT WORKING IS IT ????? So I came up with an idea!!!! Lets get some true experts at exposing fraud involved. I contacted Dateline NBC they sounded somewhat interested and told me to e-mail them my story. People lets band together and let these scumbags know IM MAD AS HELL AND IM NOT GONNA TAKE IT ANYMORE !!!!!! Lets flood Dateline with our story and let them find these lowlifes.Send your complaint with any helpful information to. dateline@nbcuni.com  This is a true contact directly to Dateline.

The worst problem with this scam is that call rejection won't work, as the number is always different.    It would be nice if someone could come up with a solution.    I have also tried the "press 2 to be removed".    Forget that.   Maybe just press 1 and put the phone on the floor.

I too get these calls almost weekly.  I once pressed the number to speak to someone and when I told him I was reporting this to the police, FCC, and any other federal agency I could think of, I was told sarcastically "Good luck with that!"  Now I just hang up.

I listen to their spiel, press the 1 and then engage the operator in polite conversation. Then I ask if they can hold because their mother is giving me oral sex and I don't want to choke her. It doesn't stop the calls but I enjoy it.

The customer service number they give you when you fall victim to these people is 888-355-2702. Call them!

    Me too
I have gotten calls from Credit Card Services for a long time and have pressed 1 a couple of times, and 3 as well, other times I just hung up.

The first time I pressed 1 I was connected to someone who asked if I had credit card debt and I said no, I paid it off every month and was told I didn't qualify for the service to reduce  my rate to under 7% interest.

Today, I got another call and pressed 1 again.  This time the nice young lady on the other end said she needed to qualify me and it was basically that I owed more than 5K combined on my cards and that the interest rate was more than 10.99% ... and this time I did qualify.  Then she said they would set me  up with it and all the credit cards I had would be changed to the lower rate but I had to give the credit card numbers and verification codes.  I told her I just opened the qualify account and didn't even have a card yet.  She offered to extend the offer, which was expiring shortly, until i could get that information and would call me back.

Needless to say, I called the credit card company and asked them if they knew anything about this, was it a government thing or what.  She advised me it was a scam and not to provide the credit card info.

I won't ... and neither should you offer your card  up to anyone who calls you asking for that information.  Only provide it to those merchants or businesses that  you contacted on your own.

Yes, I have gotten these calls for years. I am now talking to the people asking them if they do not have any other skills as a person other than scamming people. Trying to make them feel guilty, It doesn't work. I also told a guy I like to buy a lot of fine are andmy credit card balance was $4 million, he hung up I have also contacted my state senators and local police. I guess if we complain enough someone will shut these jerks down.

i have been getting these calls for a couple of years now... same story as everyone else only I just now recieved a call from them and prssed 1 to get a rude person on the phone to which I asked her " how does it feel to work for a company that is constantly screwing over innocent people? you should feel real good about yourself" I was then told that I was a [***] [***] and asked how much my paycheck is and maybe I need to get off my [***] and get a job... I told the girl that I'm a home owner and have my own bussiness and I feel GREAT about what I do and I hung up... only to be called back by this rude individual so she coud call me a [***] one last time!! where do these people get off? do they not know that what they are doing is illegal? the numbers that have been calling me latley are 770-371-4189 (the number she called me back from) 617-390-4562, and 802-230-6357... I'm now tracking all numbers.... who knows maybe there will be a class action lawsuit one of these days and we will all get some money from these [***]!

I get a couple of calls a week from them. This has been going on for over a month. Asking them to remove your number will do nothing. Get belligerent and they will just hang up on you. Most recently:

Them: "Card Services, are you interested in lowering your interest rate?"
Me:    "Hi, I need to know the name of your company"
    Them: "Card Services"
Me:     "So the name of your company is Card Services, Inc."
    Them: "Yup"
Me:    "Ok. What city/state are you in?"
Them: "Goodbye" and hung up on me

    Get um back
Here is what everyone should do to make them stop. When you talk to a person act a little frantic and tell them that this is your cell phone and the battery is about to die. Ask if they could call you back on your business line. Then give them the number for the FCC, FTC or your local States Attorney General. At the point that they are getting the calls to I bet something will get done about it.

It will not help to f_ck with them. Nothing will help. Report them to donotcall.gov. That's pretty much all you can do. They call from spoofed numbers (I called 'em back and got a pizza joint in Kansas City), and they really, REALLY won't give a sh_t if you try to trick them into calling the FCC, FTC or your state's attorney general.

Just report 'em and hope that enough others do the same. Otherwise, you're just letting them waste your time.

The last thing you should do is answer the phone. All this does is validate your phone number is real and they will continue calling more aggresively. They spoof the phone numbers they call from, a very old hacker trick so there is no point in blocking them because a new number will start to call.
