Contacting Quicken loans was the worst mistake i have made. The "Mortgage specialist" who i dealt with was very unprofessional and very nasty. Because i decided to take my business elsewhere to get a better mortgage loan and look out for myself Quicken loans decided they where going to rush all the paper work without my approval and lock in a rate.

They constantly harassed my family by calling even after we told them we were taking our business else where. As a result of this Quicken loans decided they were going to keep my deposit which i think is unethical. People do not take your business to Quicken loans as you can see my experience and other negative complaints you see on this page are proof of bad customer service

    I have received over 20 calls from them trying to get me to refinance. I have no interest in doing business with them, but the harassing calls never end. They don't even service my loan any more, and the only reason they did in the first place is because some other bank sold the rights to them. Never give them your phone number.

    I've used Quicken Loans since 2010 on my first house. I now have a second house who I did not use quicken loans at the time with but now that I am able to refinance I'm working with Quicken Loans to get my second house with them as well. Everyone has different stories and everyone has a bad experience at one place or another. My second loan is with Veterans United who ended up selling my loan to someone else. Quicken Loans has always kept my loan and didn't sell it to someone else. I don't like when people aren't honest with me and tell me it will be one way and once a close on the house get a letter stating we sold it your payments will be going here type deal. I have been very happy with quicken loans and they have worked with me as to not have to do this that or the other. I have not had any issues at this time with working with them for the streamline of my second house. and NO I DON'T work with them. I am a disabled vet and they took a chance with me on my first house when no one else would. Gave me a decent rate 3.3% for 30 years. When all the other banks were telling me no because I was rebuilding my credit back up from a few years ago. Now I'm in good standing, my credit is good, and I have a company to thank for having my first house which started me in the direction to having my now second house. Yes I own two houses now.

    Someone I know sent me something on facebook in regards to mortgage rates for seniors. Like a dummy..I started to fill in the information just to see what kind of info I would get...I did not press a key to enter the info yet and my phone rang..A man from Quicken Loans..I was furious..he said you
    put your information out there... anyone can use it. I told him that I had not ever "entered" the info.

    The next day I came home from work and my twelve year old grandson said I had 12 calls from a
    man from Quicken Loans and make sure I call him back.  This went on for three days with dozens
    more calls.  On the evening of the third day they called and I answered and blasted him... he said,
    faltering, it wasn't like I was harassing you or anything....he has not called back. What do they think
    they are going to gain from such behavior

    PLEASE STOP. I am being inundated with sales calls. I may never choose this lender. I must   have retrieved 20 calls in the month of September.
