Dear Sir

I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

    Dear brother, Assalamu alaikum. I   am a regular customer of mobily since  its starting time. for the past one  month i am receiving a mesage from 6290 and
    deduct SR. 3/= per week from my a/c. i dont know the reason. but  mobily customer service no more response. please try to solve this problem. Thanks.

    I had seen so many complaints above & understood that how much panic is mobily service. Any way, If mobily is not able to handle all this then i will request to them kindly sell out this buisness aur jo paisa mile uski gajak khalo.

    My Mobile number is 0561369559.
    Every week, SR 12 is contineously deducting from my account. Please solve this problem. I have made complaitns so many times but no body is listening. After two to three days I start getting message that the last call cost SR 12 from your account and then my total balance become less excluding SR 12. This never happened in rest of the World.....Why it is happening in your system.
    Solve the problem Immediately please otherwise ofcourse i will change my phone to another service and will tell my network not to go for this stupid service.

    I buy a Mobily Broadband@Home Wimax. I'm in Jubail... I want to pay my bills but Jubail Mobily branch is not accepting the payment.....Your service is not good... Suppose to be all payment must be accepted on all Mobily branches. Will you take a proper solution for this problem.... Or else there will be no subscriber will buy your modem ... You're an internet company, you should have a sophisticated and up to date customer service and payment service that should be link to every branch here in Saudi.

    Please be informed that on 24-01-2011 I have recharged for 100 SR in my mobile # 0567589925. At around 9:24pm I have send a message as UNSUB 1G to mobily center but I havn't received any message in respect of deactivation of previous bundle but I send a message at 9:27pm, 9:28pm & 9:34pm as SUB 1G to mobily center but till now I didn't receive any message regarding activation of internet bundle. However, when I send a message at 9:34 pm immediately mobily center deducted SR. 100 from my mobile. but till now internet bundle was not activated even though the center deducted SR.100.

    Since yesterday onwards I was calling 1100 which was totally not responding where you are totally disappointed your valid customer.

    Therefore I humbly request you to activate internet bundle immediately without any further delay & expecting your reply or call.

      and i ask custemer care they telling that we send from here but there airtel problem ask airtel what is this yaar i cannot under mobily service

    My mobile no. 0540874381 & I am mobily internet subscriber.I think my internet amount SR 100 was closed,so when ever I am using my internet,amount from my sim was getting deducted.So, I recharged with SR 100,But it is deducted for Internet roaming service. Pl. transfer the above said amount for my internet package.

    I am useing Mobily. Every week I get on push message saying that download from this link  and cut 5 SAR every time i receive this message.  nonsense!thing when I call the customer care and they dont pickup the call.dont use Mobily it will eat your money!!
