Dear Sir
I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

deduct SR. 3/= per week from my a/c. i dont know the reason. but mobily customer service no more response. please try to solve this problem. Thanks.

Every week, SR 12 is contineously deducting from my account. Please solve this problem. I have made complaitns so many times but no body is listening. After two to three days I start getting message that the last call cost SR 12 from your account and then my total balance become less excluding SR 12. This never happened in rest of the World.....Why it is happening in your system.
Solve the problem Immediately please otherwise ofcourse i will change my phone to another service and will tell my network not to go for this stupid service.

Please be informed that on 24-01-2011 I have recharged for 100 SR in my mobile # 0567589925. At around 9:24pm I have send a message as UNSUB 1G to mobily center but I havn't received any message in respect of deactivation of previous bundle but I send a message at 9:27pm, 9:28pm & 9:34pm as SUB 1G to mobily center but till now I didn't receive any message regarding activation of internet bundle. However, when I send a message at 9:34 pm immediately mobily center deducted SR. 100 from my mobile. but till now internet bundle was not activated even though the center deducted SR.100.
Since yesterday onwards I was calling 1100 which was totally not responding where you are totally disappointed your valid customer.
Therefore I humbly request you to activate internet bundle immediately without any further delay & expecting your reply or call.

and i ask custemer care they telling that we send from here but there airtel problem ask airtel what is this yaar i cannot under mobily service
i was just scartching the mobily recharge card the the recharging code number got damaged so please advise me how can i get that recharge number?
