Dear Sir

I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

    I activated the "Special Hala International Package" and I gave them one number as 'favourite' and after three days they have barred calls to THAT number ONLY.
    Like what the hell man? You dont want me to make any discounted calls to that number, I could understand but dont BAR all call to that number!

    I have deposited SR 500.00 for roaming and its more than 3 months from time informed then that i want to refunded my deposit.
    Received text message saying that i have to collect my refund at Tahialia branch.
    to my surprise "'MOBILY Tahlia supervisor told me that they don''t have money and they will call me when they have the money.. (visited Thalia branch 4 times and experience the Que of not less than 1 hour.......
    I my calling the higher management to look at this complain as there may be a thousand like me...  Thanks

    i have never seen such a worst services of telecom like that of mobily :( some times it is really very annoying !! i received a message from 6290 and the message cant be displayed and it takes my 3 riyal balance , i again received message from 6290 :) and it again took my 3 riyal balance .. doesnt it looks like so funny ? is it telecom company ? and then you will never find customer care / services . I am going to switch over sawa ......

    i'm using mobily phone..each 1 time 6 riyal three time  18 riyal has been reduce from my account. i don't know the reason.once i register this complaint.then the customer support officer said it will be ok within 48 hrs.then also 3 riyal has been reduced twice..after that i call to customer service but they didn't reply..sir please what is the reason??

    sir i want to deactivate the service of wall paper's, it is coming from 6290, by down loading the given link we get the wall paper from NATTA. for each message he is deducting 3 Sr/- per message from my balance.so i want to deactivate or unsubscribe this

    why mobily cut the recharge load from my account, i reload 10sr, after 4hrs, all my recharge load was eat by your network. can you pls. see this scam into your network? hope you can do something about this. ty. my no. is 0569448189

    It is more than six(6) times that automatically SR 12 is being deducted from my balance. I complaint it several times and no body is fixing the problem. This indicate that you want your customers to run away from Mobily and go for other packages, is this what you want. Please refund my SR 72 (6x12 = SR72) back to my balance amount and please fix the problem. This is customer service which keep you in business.
    And no body is picking up your 1100, promotiom tape is running, what is this. My Mobile # is 0561369559
