Dear Sir
I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

Received text message saying that i have to collect my refund at Tahialia branch.
to my surprise "'MOBILY Tahlia supervisor told me that they don''t have money and they will call me when they have the money.. (visited Thalia branch 4 times and experience the Que of not less than 1 hour.......
I my calling the higher management to look at this complain as there may be a thousand like me... Thanks

sir i want to deactivate the service of wall paper's, it is coming from 6290, by down loading the given link we get the wall paper from NATTA. for each message he is deducting 3 Sr/- per message from my balance.so i want to deactivate or unsubscribe this
