Dear Sir

I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

    Pls do the needful , if you want that customer satisfied with mobily.

          im using mobily  what happened mobily company  iwant to blackberry packag but he give Roaming service i don"t want to  roming sarvice i need  blacberry internet packag. so please help me

    Mobily promos are advertised and Iam one of the victim of this promos. I purchased the package of 333 riyals good for 3 months services as per thier wisely approach. Its bad to say that until now the sim card I purchased does not activated and times consumed when you call the costumer services center because no one can help you to solved your problem at all instead the answering machine will be the only sound you will be heard and non sense of help they can do. This stupid and bad habitual of mobily employee should stop by mobily high management if existed.. Please wake up ...

    I newly purchased mobily Connectt 4g Modem and Paid 150 SAR for the 5GB Package for 1 month.
    I consumed all 5gb within 15 days and ignorently re charged for another 150 SAR on the same day of consuming last bit of data. But I wondered that neither the connect was renewed or rather I could connect to the internet, BUT SAR 100 WAS DEDUCTED JUST IN A MINUTE OF TIME FOR NO REASON. THE BALANCE WAS JUST 50 SAR. THIS IS HOW THE SERVICE IS. WHEN I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAID IF YOU CONNECT BEFORE THE ACTIVATION NOTICE 2.08 SAR PER MB WILL BE DEDUCTED AND THAT IS WHAT HAPPENED.

    DO NOT BELIEVE FALSE ADVERTAISEMENTS AND OFFERS - PLEASE READ THE MANUALS AND USER AGREEMENTS BEFORE JUMPING INTO ANY DATA BUNDLES. I PAID 250 SAR FOR JUST 5GB AND NOT ABLE TO USE THE REMAINING 50 SAR ALSO

    Im afraid of recharging my sim account because in the mrng at 7:47 I recharge my mobily accoun after 15 minuts I got a notification that ur balance is 0.07 and once again I recharge suddenly,as soon I recharge mobily was ready to repeat the same act,,,,

    MOBILY service is a cheater service. They will stop our service for which we had already paid. They will not reply your query. Excuses will not work we need support. we are not begging from you we are just fighting for our valuable money. Please honor your customer. value your commitment.

    I bought mobily router of huawei with mobily sim card that is 28mbps good for 4 months for 650 saudi riyals. I was only able to use it for 5 days and the internet connection is not working anymore since then!!!! I called mobily customer care but they cant help either!!! What is this?!?!??? The hard earned money is gone for nothing! Mobily is the worst provider i ever encountered!

    every time mobily deduct balance amount. they did not show the amount, only balance display.
    in this way they are doing good services, thank for using why? dont know?

    mobily always cut balance amount as much as you rechagre gradually they reduce balance amount, again you recharge again they will do same to force customer to buy more and more recahrge card good business.
    playing with custmor balance amount is main motto of mobily.

    am using mobily 4g from last 2 months......bloody service is very poor..........at present signal strength is  toooo bad.....if i wanna download anything speed downs to 5 to 30 kbbs.......really mobily sucks.......if i make a call to customer care.......dre is no ansswer from the other party.......dammin feeling annoyed with this mobily.

    i have perchased  mobily 4g connect  router before one  month  from morning 0700 hrs to 1300 hrs speed is good but rest of time speed is very very poor even i cant talk on  skype please considerd my request and solve as soon as posible

    Mobily services were good before outsourced to India, agents are rude and services are not organised. E.g. my roaming gets inactive all of a sudden and becomes nightmare just to reach the agent and rest of the story is self explanatory.
