Dear Sir
I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

How ever this complint plz regarding
They advertise as unlimited internet everywhere but in reality its not
they cut your speed to 128KB every time your daily bandwidth exceeds like 1.5 GB
worse isp ever STC is better
After recharge, balance shows me as SAR 50 , but without any change in validity.
I am therefore not able to receive any calls or call someone.
Please help
