Dear Sir

I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

    yeah i used mobily since 4 month  but i don't know what happened mobily service now day they are cutting 30 alala. I try to contact mobily customer service but no one response me. i never see like this service. very bad service. if it is continue in future the people are disconnect from mobily service.

    THEY PICK UP TELEPHONE AND SAYING MAY I HELP YOU.IF YOU SAY SURE I HAVE THIS  PROBLEM THEN THEY GIVE IP ADDRESS 192.168.2.1 SAID YOU TRY IT TO SOLVE YOUR ALL PROBLEMS BUT YOU NEVER GET ANY RESPONSE ALWAYS THIS IP ADDRESS GIVE YOU TRY AGAIN FOR RELOAD. AND THEN THEY KEEP YOU BUSY UNTIL THE PROBLEMS BEGINS IN YOUR HOME.

    i tried to caal your customer care to 0560101100 from other line but there is 5 questions asking about your services and aftes the feed back closing the call from your side. there no any option to ask any question on not connecting to your customer service. in the website only available this service number.

    i have your 4g broad band 6mb speed connection, and i removed my stc 512 kb speed connection  when i bought your 4g. but your connection was really head ache because im not getting the speed most of the time what i have before in stc connection..   some time im not receving even 10kb speed.  when i trying to contact your customer care representative then there no any reasonable reply. they are telling to go mobily office.  what is this??? is this  the servies ??

    Can we sue them? I'm losing about 30 halalas every 5 minutes. It's been going on for weeks. I have to put my phone on silent everyday because of the sound of that msg received thing.

    اول ما طلعت عرض  إلايف جديد فا جالي مندوب من موبايلي قال لي مودم +تركيب مجانا  ، و قال لي اشتراك شهري ب 299 ريال و اشتراك سنوي 1200 ريال و انا اخترته اشتراك سنوي و مندوب هوه مصري سواها شهري  خدعني ، اكثر كم مره راجعت فروع موبايلي و اتصلت على 1100 ، 0560101100 ، و سلك  المودم حقي مقطوع  لها اكثر من 25 يوم  ، ما يرد عليه الجواب  ...

    my boss subscribed four elife fiver  optic since july 2013... but the two of this got trouble after one month and the other two are working but only 1.25mbps that it should be 100mbps. then i call on mobily customer care and consulted the mobily office in too many times and they just promised again and again that somebody will come  to fix it....now its march 2014 the problem still  remain and nobody came to  fix it...WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS THIS????WHEN THE CUSTOMER'S PAYING THE BILLS THEY ARE RESPONDING IMMEDIATELY BUT INCASE OF TROUBLES AND COMPLAINT, NO ONE CARES.....PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE!!!!!!

    Mobily is cheating
    They advertise as unlimited internet everywhere but in reality its not
    they cut your speed to 128KB every time your daily bandwidth exceeds like 1.5 GB
    worse isp ever STC is better

    Hi.anyone koows what I will do if my mobily intetnet simcard was lost???I purchased a 1year subscription of mobily 4g internet simcard but after a month I lost it together with my phone

    My account was valid upto 19.07.2014 . I recharged it today by SAR 50 for increasing the validity for 2 months.
    After recharge, balance shows me as SAR 50 , but without any change in validity.

    I am therefore not able to receive any calls or call someone.
