Dear Sir
I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

Subject: Complaint for my mobile – 0560050900
I had a problem with my mobile as in February – 2014 I had a normal calling package to my mobile, I went to mobily Ihsa branch and have met one of the customer service employees and asked for internet for my mobile and asked him for 100 SAR worth package and he said ok you can have such package.
I left the branch and after 4-5 days I received an invoice requesting to pay 350 SAR and later in the beginning of the other month the invoice was 700 SAR??
I went and asked why this much to pay, and discovered the employee applied WAJED EXTRA to my mobile which I did not request at all…I complained at that time for the first time, then received another invoice requesting to pay 1050 SAR… I went and complained again and informed them that this is not acceptable and will not pay as that was employee fault and was not my mistake at all??
None listened to me and have second complained officially and they said we will fix it and you will receive message when problem to be solved?? Have received a message stating that: Dear customer your problem solved but actually nothing solved at all…
I went to Tahlyah Street and spoke to customer service about the problem and they have taken my complaint and the same? Nothing happened and nothing solved at all…
Went to King Fahd main branch and spoke to customer service and the same?
Back to Tahlyah Street again and the same issue complaint sent and nothing solved…
In total I had 7 complaints submitted and nothing solved..
Finally I have received mail stating that I have to pay 136.2 SAR which I thought they solved my problem and paying this amount will get back my number on… I went to Tahlyah Street branch 27/10/2014 to check and found that my number is belonging to somebody else which means I lost my number…
To send an E-mail to my personal e-mail requesting to pay while the number is no longer for me is a total miss from mobily as mobily does not know the number is belonging to somebody else and not me!!!!
It seems am talking to Robots and not humans as every time reporting about my complaint receiving Automatic message generated by mobily system… and really that was frustrating issue as time wasted for the 7 times, losing my number which was considered distinguished one I got after subscribing in RAQI package for more than a year and was paying 800 SAR monthly!!!
I need your personal efforts to solve my problem and to find a reasonable solution as none of the customer service employees or supervisors were able to solve my problem…
