Dear Sir
I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

To get one customer is not easy,But loosing 100 customer is very easy.
Solve the matter as soon as possible.

Mobily is a typical non functional Saudi business. I've had STC before, will move to them again.
Last year 2010 of November I purchase the Wimax BroadBand the package of Six plus 2 months bonus & after the expiration of my package last August 2011 I renew the package last October 2011. after in two weeks they have a problem of my devices. I bring it to the outlet of Mobily after that the technician say my devices they have a problem, because is under warranty he given me a new latest devices. Since they changing the latest devices I cannot access Internet. Now How can use my package advance of Mobily?.. I call how many times to the customer Service of Mobily but they told me the Mobily technician will call for me after 48 hours but they passing 1 weeks I cannot receive any message & call from the technician.. Now I all again in Mobily service the same what he say before i am waiting again another for 48 hours but still nothing?..now I call again .. the same what he say we will waiting again.. I am tired to call but did not given attention.. I lost my money with out using the package?.. If you cannot solve my problem. should be return my advanced payment and I will change other network?....and now the days is passing until completing my package with out using package?..
My question?...That is your service?.. you will losing the customer money?..
I am not satisfy for service of Mobily..
