Dear Sir

I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

    Dear customer service i am regular customer of mobily today i am receiving a message from 6234 and deduct SR 5/-from my A/C i dont know the reason but mobily customer service please slove this problem thaks....

      To stop services that drain balance call Mobily customer service number 1100 and ask the operator to stop the services. It is very unfair that without customer consent Mobily subscribe its customers the balance deduction services. Many people discontinuing Mobily sim due to their unfair practices.

    I am Koshy Rajesh Jacob. My Mobil number 0547280497 working in Jeddah.What is push message and 1321044400214 AR 09,1321912589653 AR 13 this number comes and every day Mobily  is deducting 4 riyal. Last 10 days 40 riyal deducted  why. 4 times I had talked service enter no proper replay asking so many question.

    To get one customer is not easy,But loosing 100 customer is very easy.

    Solve the matter as soon as possible.

    hi, I just phone called mobily customer service and received this instruction on how to deactivate PUSH MESSAGE wherein mobily deducted me for 5 rials everytime I recharged.

    try this.. create message with this text:  spop. pop. and send it to 616234.  just take note to leave space in between of .(dot) and p

      One of Mobily Service that drained my balance was Ranan (some kind of ring tones). Though I did not subscribe this service. To stop this service send "D Ranan" (without quotation marks) to 1100. Lot of people are complaining about Mobily due to their balance deduction services imposed on its customers without their consent. Ultimately, people will stop using Mobily SIM.

    my number is 0569289177..i just want to complain regarding my mobily sim card everytime i reload of 10 riyals and after a few minutes i was deducted for 5 riyals without having any transaction at all..pls stop this wrong charging to your customer...pls do something about this...thanks...ALAH may bless you...

    First time user of Mobily and it appears the many hundreds of posts on this site (which for a country with a small population like Saudi is very large) are all absolutely right. Can't get through to customer services at all and random charges coming off my account (which I can't even view online as I am a foreigner and can't get through to customer services even to help setup my online account)!

    Mobily is a typical non functional Saudi business. I've had STC before, will move to them again.

    What an awful company, they have no integritty or honesty, They mmisrepresent thier products capabilities and cannot service or support them. Unfortunatley the other are not much better. The service group does absloutely nothing except answer call and misdirect unsuspecting users. None of them try to speak english and could not care about your troubles. Unfortunately thier are no consumer protection laws in Saudi so they will continue to misrepresent and ripp you off all the time.

    Last year 2010 of November I purchase the Wimax BroadBand the package of Six plus 2 months bonus & after the expiration of my package last August 2011 I renew the package last October 2011. after in two weeks they have a problem of my devices. I bring it to the outlet of Mobily after that the technician say my devices they have a problem, because is under warranty he given me a new latest devices. Since they changing the latest devices I cannot access Internet. Now How can use my package advance of Mobily?.. I call how many times to the customer Service of Mobily but they told me the Mobily technician will call for me after 48 hours but they passing 1 weeks I cannot receive any message & call from the technician.. Now I all again in Mobily service the same what he say before i am waiting again another for 48 hours but still nothing?..now I call again .. the same what he say we will waiting again.. I am tired to call but did not given attention.. I lost my money with out using the package?.. If you cannot solve my problem. should be return my advanced payment and I will change other network?....and now the days is passing until completing my package with out using package?..

    My question?...That is your service?.. you will losing the customer money?..

    I am not satisfy for service of Mobily..
