Dear Sir

I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

    Everyday at i am getting one message which is deducting 4 SAR from my account. Kindly disable that. I don't know what is happening. Please whatever it is which is deducting 4 SAR daily. My number is +966562315779.

    I tried to call customer care, but no response.

    Mobily your customer service is 0 , it 's been 1 week i'm trying to call and nobody is answering , your service sucks, i never saw in my life this kind of customer service ,, tomorrow i'm going to buy STC line and hope you loose all your customers for this bad service

    As for the customer service team , i think you should fire all of them or increase the units , this is very disgusting

    Dear Sir,

    This is to inform you that,you must have heard about SATORP (Saudi Aramco Total Oil Refinary Project) where more then 25 thousand peoples are working and staying in residential complex, and we do not have 3G service from Mobily, I am mobily customer since 2005 and i am having three mobily subscription 0567336015,0563008845 including iphone 4, since there are no 3G service we find difficulty to connect internet. since you are the best service provider and i never had any problem with you, it is my humble request to provide this service and you will benefit out of this, at the same time i don't want to switch to any other operators. Please Help. With Regards.

    Mobily Customer Service, Please de activate all push messages from my SIM, I did not subscribe any of this, what i have only is my BIS. Please help me on this, always deducting me 1-2 Riyals per day, it is very annoying also.

    Am a RAQI User, wondering how BAD is the service for the None RAQI Users.
    Travelling abroad, am paying more than 10SR / Min trying to reach the customer services staff. After several trials, each waiting for more than 15 minutes , they answered me . Explaining the problem, I asked the to call me back on the other Mobily # ( Which is working ) No body called. in @ 1 Hour I called them 3 times , asking to speak to their supervisor - he was so busy and cannot speak to me ( its 5:30AM KSA time :).
