Dear Sir

I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

    Everyday once I loaded 10 riyals there is a always deduction of 5 riyals. What happen to this Company, everyday I always loaded 10 riyals & automatically later in few hours I received a text message that I have been deducted by 5 riyals. I will no longer used Mobily card once the promo will finish.

    These guys are really a joke. I am trying to call them for last 4 hours and i give up. When we call customer care nobody will answer and lot of stupid SMS. Need to visit their shop now. Again some waiting

    I am receiving SMS in my mobile - from this http://193.126.233.67/iac/m3?sti=344&b=Odddd&sub=662926112 and 10 SAR per week deducting my account. So far I lost SAR 40. Please deactivate it Immediately. My mobile No:+966501613482

    i tried to call mobily customer service but no one pick up..i recharged yesterday and when i woke up in morning all ma balance was detucted??what the hell man???
    I think its better to switch to sawa now

    i have newly top-up my account for 6 months but i'm getting very bad browsing experience
    it was working perfectly before one month.

    I did speed test at http://www.myspeed.net.sa/ 

    the result is:

    Download Speed: 280 kbps
    Upload Speed: 63 kbps
    Latency: 177 ms

    i'm living in Riyadh - Al Hamra compound. exit 8/9 - opposite to Sabic.

    Speed was very good till yesterday morning.
    All of a sudden speed has gone very bad.
    I did speed test at http://www.myspeed.net.sa/ 
    the result is:
    Download Speed: 82 kbps (10.3 KB/sec transfer rate)
    Upload Speed: 95 kbps (11.9 KB/sec transfer rate)
    Latency: 241 ms

      during my payment to the mobily office for recharging my broadband @home internet the clerk did not accept my payment because he said the modem needs to be changed and upgrade to what they called 4G modem which the clerk said that is more better than my old modem, so we changed the modem....now im using the new modem but what the heck!!!!!....my mobily now is not getting BETTER...IT GETS MORE BITTER....is this what they said good service???????

    I have a wifi max router all was well as i have had it for 2 weeks or so. now suddley my speed has dropped and i have connectivity issues?

    It has been a week of frustration going to mobily stores and calling customer care and trying to get into online chat. I went to the store but they told me i have to wait for the message to come up telling that new router is neccessary... i cant wait anymore... as per reading the forum's instructions here are my details

    Hi,
    i have broadband@home with 2Mbps subscription and my location is in Jubail but sorry to say that everyday my net goes to 0.25Mbps to 0.30Mbps from 17:30 till mid night, and today it is now upload 0.12Mbps, download 0.03Mbps, how is worst speed?

    I had made a complain # 1-17503238631 on 7th of May as well on forum and result was to change the router to LTE 4G and later on 10th of May I visited to Mobily center in Fanateer Al-Jubail then came to know that I should have a ticket# so the gentleman said don’t worry I will make a request for you and you can come on Saturday on 12th of May to change it, after all I called to CC today and I got reply that service team already recommended to change the router on complain # 1-17503238631.
    So I visit now 1 hour ago to Mobily, but the gentleman told me that “the system is not showing about change the router” I can’t change it, when I told him about my complain # and recommendation he says I agree but it should show in my system, and wait until the massage will appear on your browser for replacing the router (time limit???).
    Now I am helpless doesn’t know what to do?

    I am using mobily phone, every time i recieved some commercial message directly i deleted but if we check the balance inquiry is automatically deducted the remaining balance.
