Dear Sir
I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

I think its better to switch to sawa now
i have newly top-up my account for 6 months but i'm getting very bad browsing experience
it was working perfectly before one month.
I did speed test at http://www.myspeed.net.sa/
the result is:
Download Speed: 280 kbps
Upload Speed: 63 kbps
Latency: 177 ms
i'm living in Riyadh - Al Hamra compound. exit 8/9 - opposite to Sabic.
Speed was very good till yesterday morning.
All of a sudden speed has gone very bad.

Upload Speed: 95 kbps (11.9 KB/sec transfer rate)

It has been a week of frustration going to mobily stores and calling customer care and trying to get into online chat. I went to the store but they told me i have to wait for the message to come up telling that new router is neccessary... i cant wait anymore... as per reading the forum's instructions here are my details

i have broadband@home with 2Mbps subscription and my location is in Jubail but sorry to say that everyday my net goes to 0.25Mbps to 0.30Mbps from 17:30 till mid night, and today it is now upload 0.12Mbps, download 0.03Mbps, how is worst speed?
So I visit now 1 hour ago to Mobily, but the gentleman told me that “the system is not showing about change the router” I can’t change it, when I told him about my complain # and recommendation he says I agree but it should show in my system, and wait until the massage will appear on your browser for replacing the router (time limit???).
Now I am helpless doesn’t know what to do?
