Dear Sir

I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

    i want to stop this service. my mobile balance is deducting saudi riyal 5 each per every week. two time i am going to complaint in mobily office. what can i do stop this service.

    I am receiving SMS from 6365. Every time SR 5.00 is deducted from my account. I have already sent complaint to mobily but no response. Now mobily service is no more good.

    Since last three weeks, every Friday SR.3 is debiting from  my balance with a message "last call cost is SR.3" even I am not dialing/calling any number. Please investigate and cancel any scheme which I have activated by mistake.

    I get the same problem as Harold. I get Random text messages and Mobily cust 3 SAR every time i receive this message. What nonsense! And I call the customer care and they cant stop it..so what am I supposed to do...just sit back and watch messages come in and eat all my money!!

    I am a visitor from abroad for umrah. I took card of mobily and recharged @ 100 riyal. Without using it started ducting the amount and within few hours the balance was 36 riyals . I tired to contact customer service people but after trying for one hour no response.
    I changed to STC service and very much happy with the same.
