They are indeed unscrupulous people who are looking for quick easy fools to  take advantage of. Best thing I have found is to realize that they are uncaring people with no souls. So hurting them only plays into their hands. Ignore them and tell everyone you know to ignore them.
Maybe someone could start a facebook page with all the false numbers.
Their are enough idiots to roll into that position of answering the calls, after you press 1, that it doesn't matter how many times you blow a whistle. If you argue with a tree, and it does nothing back, then how long will you argue with that tree? Not long. Be the tree and just ignore them. You don't have to answer the phone every time it rings.
Three numbers in last two days 802-230-6357, 760-680-6895, 513-417-0498.

I called the 1-877-999-3872 number and pressed 0 until I got a real person. She was clearly at an Indian call center and answered the phone as "Chase Card Member Services". I told her I don't even have a Chase credit card and asked her to remove me from the call list immediately. She said she would have to transfer me to a "specialist".

I was transferred to an American woman named "Susan". I told her the same thing and that they had been calling me for months. She asked if the calls were an offer to provide services and I said they were and that I was not interested AND that I was on the Do Not Call registry. She apologized for the inconvenience and said she would remove my number. She said it would take up to 30 days. Today is April 24, we shall see.

    Disgusted Daughter
My mother is on her deathbed and we are caring for her at home. These calls are a disturbance and an unnecessary disruption at this sad time in our lives. I pressed 2 to be removed and it transferred me to a person who spoke to me as if I'd chosen 1 to speak to them. As soon as I said I want to be removed she hung up on me. What a disgrace to have to deal with this and my dying mother being disturbed by a constantly ringing phone. This happens several times each day. I'd turn the damn phone off but of course family members also call to check on her.

If you google this, you will see them listed as a company out of Orlando, Florida.  I just went through a nightmare with these people.  They are VERY convincing, so beware.  When I tried to cancel a plan they talked me into they got very nasty on the phone and threatened to ruin our credit.  I sent a complaint to the Florida Attorney General office and also the Federal Trade Commission.  These people are dangerous.  Do yourself a favor and just "hang up".  They identified themselves as representatives of Cardmember Services and one of our cards is serviced by thata company. So false identification to get your trust.  Cardmember Services told me they have no affiliation with WM&T Enterprises.

I also got the impression that they were from Orlando Florida. Playing along with them, I got the name of 'Account Management Assistance', and told of an Orlando Fl office.

In the past few months, the numbers have been changing with each call. The last two, showing on my caller ID, were from:
      Monmouth Theater: 207 933-9999 (Maine)
      Service Department: 425 390-8120 (California)
There is a Monmouth Theater, in Monmouth Maine, with that exact number.

One number that I got a call from was: 855 262-3833.  Just tried that, and did get a voice mail thanking me for calling their customer assistance number, without saying the name of their business.

    Tired of it
called the 1-877-999-3872. I pressed 000 until I got through to custmer services who then transferred me to the "privacy" department who assured me that I would be deleted within 30 days.  Also asked why, if I was on the DNC list, that I would get calls.  Bogus answer...said that Chase was a private company and usually only the smaller companies would register with the National Do Not Call since they didn't have a large enough telemarketing staff.  Yikes...what a pile of bull-hocky!  Very polite and I advised him that his supervisors should look into the details of the DNC list registration.

Found another post of person that obtained a call back number for them.  This everyone should call them and return the favor.  Maybe the Air Horn idea is in order...

    1-800-354-5485

As it is toll free, They will also be charged for.

And don't forget... There are many online services (Yahoo, Skype, etc) that you can make phone calls from without revealing your phone number information.

I receive a call everyday also from card member services. Once when I told an agent that I was on the do not call list, the caller responded in an Indian accent, "we have your do not call list up your'e a***" Wow! I just called Chase at 1-877-999-3872, and also reported the problem. Chase asked me for my phone #, and since I never had an account wt them, they couldn't verify it. I also tried 1-800-354-5485 using Skype, but unfortunately they've changed there #. I reached Land Air Transports. What can I do, to make them stop?

I  worked for these scumbags for a week before I realized they were lying to customer's and ripping off innocent people. If anyone is serious about getting in touch with this so called company that use's 3 name's, Green Saver's, Card member service and Allied. The manager's name is Miguel and the number is 877-620-4922. The address is 493 North Semoran Blvd. Orlando,Fl. 32707. Good Luck and I hope to see someone shut this scam operation down!

That's it Miles! They're stalkers, and are stalking people. Maybe someone can get their LOCAL police departments on to them. Most municipalities and counties have no stalking laws. I believe that stalking is a felony. You may be on to something there.

Today Rachel from Card Services called to lower my rates at 4:34pm 5/16  Their name showed as V05161633530238, their number showed as 360-474-3909.  There was no opt out number to be placed on the do not call list (Example Press 2).  I pressed 1, first telling the person that answered that there was a $16,500 fine for every call that was reported. (Washington DC Channel 4 News Story). This seemed to flabbergast her, I then asked to be placed on the do not call list saying they did not have an opt out number.  She said she had no place to list numbers that wanted to opt out.   I asked who she worked for - she said Visa and Master Card.  I said which, that there was one national office for each. This also flub her.  I then asked for the number to call them.  She gave me this number to call.  1-212-479-7990.  It is a commercial number that tells you, You have been REJECTED.  It labels itself as the Rejection Line.

I am faxing my file on each call I have received in the last 6 to 9 months. It runs 10 pages with 2x2 post it notes taped on the paper on both sides in 3 columns. This is atrocious, I have a 96 year old mother that is hounded by these calls all day long.

I started with the blood curdling scream, but now I hit 1 for the rep and as soon as s/he comes on the line I simply depress the button on my "Screecher". then I hang up with a HUGE grin on my face.  The Screecher is a product distributed by Mace as a scare-off or distress alert and, as its name implies, it emits a horrendous, painful to the ears screech.  I keep one next to the phone just for Rachel's associates.  :).

In deed these calls are from scam artists/ not the real Card Membership Services, I was curious once, so, i asked, what my rates would be lowered too! Here comes the scam, they want to know, what Credit Cards you have and the numbers. I didn't fall off a turnip truck, and said " Shouldn't you already know this information seeing as your making the offer to lower the rates on cards in your membership? I get calls from all different numbers in this scam, and have reported them etc with no luck. I feel sorry for anyone gullible enough to fall for it, there credit cards would be maxed out in a heartbeat. I can't get them to stop either.

Is anyone else getting calls, from people looking for your neighbor? This sucks, they want you to give messages to your neighbor to get in touch with them? I'm embarassed for my neighbor, that the whole neighborhood knows their business, because, I assume they got my number out of the phone directory, due to my immediate proximity to my neighbor. Once again I say, you want my neighbor, and, no I'm not a messenger service. Yes, I have their phone number, but, I'm not giving it to you, you'd have it, if they wanted you to have it. Good- bye!

The Do Not Call List is a big waste of time and money! The calls you need stopped, they can't or won't.

Those calls looking for "neighbors" are from "third party debt collector" scammers running the "robo-rachel-cardholder-service" scam as a side "business".

We've been getting these calls almost daily for several months, my spouse gets most of them during the day. Once again I just had a call and opted to speak to someone. I asked the (not so) kind gentleman that answered what I could do to stop these calls, and he said "nothing". When I mentioned we are on the DNCL he said "too bad". And you may have also noticed that their CallerID number changes regularly so blocking by number doesn't even work. Signed fed up and getting the whistle ready.
