nearly daily calls from this company... a real pain in the neck.. how do I block them.?.. I have told them that I am reporting them , even spoke to  supervisor, or so he said he was.. said he'd remove my number...but DID NOT.

    I went to the Cardmemeber Services website www.cardmemberservices.com/  and called them at 1-877-999-3872. I pressed 000 until I got through to custmer services and had them remove my number from their call list. Hopefully this will end their calls.  They were very polite.

        Roscoe is a troll scammer. Call that toll free number and the scammers have your telephone number so they can call you even more. They will never remove your number.

      I tried this, didn't work, the gentleman on the other end said they did not do the "lowering interest rate" calls....oh well.....

      Troll scammer. Call that toll free number and the scammers have your telephone number so they can call you even more. They will never remove your number.

      We should not have to have our home phone removed. They have no business calling in the first place. I'm tired of bowing down to these calls. They are not only invading my space but our time. No keep complaining and don't let them get away with just hit this or that, it will never stop!

    just tried calling the above number..... got thru to a rep
    expessed my disgust in receiving calls......
    This number is a Chase #.....said he will remove my number.  We'll see

    WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO THE NO CALL LIST......I'M REGISTERED ... BUT STILL
    GET UNWANTED CALLS.   DREAD ELECTION TIME

      Here is the thing. cardmemberservices is owned by chase and are a lagit company so when you ask then to take you off the list they will and don't understand your complaint because this evil scam is only calling themselves card member services. I wish it were that easy but you are calling the wrong people. I get about 4 or 5 calls a day. I have argued with them and called them bad names and they will call them right back to you. Also I asked to be taken off the list and he said no beaus I am playing games with them so they are going to keep calling! He actually said that to me!

        They have no problem with cursing at people, when we received scam calls and my boyfriend said we had no cards (which is true) the woman on the line began to call him rude names, and repeating "f***ing f*g" over and over. When I came on the line she began to ask for my boyfriend by name, which seriously scares me because I've been a victim of identity theft. Everything about this company is unsettling.

          I will not give into them, I will not hit this or that, why should I they are invading my home. No I've done things to them also, and as long as they call, I will keep doing things to them. I have no problem with bothering them when they bother me.

        I started keeping a whistle by my phone, ysterrday the girl called me right back and called me a B**ch and said she would be calling me every day!

      Election calls are not governed by the same rules so the do not call registry is no safe haven against them. Good Luck!

    Just called and talked to someone in India.  He said he worked for Chase and would remove me from their list but said the multiple calls I get are probably a scam.  I get several calls from cardmember services a week and sometimes they tell me they will take me off their list or say the co. that does the auto message just transfers me to them and they cant do anything for me. This has been going on for months and I have yet to get any relief from these calls.  The volume of calls did increase after I started to push 1 to talk to a real person.  As you said they were polite but than again so was Jeffrey Dahmer.
