nearly daily calls from this company... a real pain in the neck.. how do I block them.?.. I have told them that I am reporting them , even spoke to supervisor, or so he said he was.. said he'd remove my number...but DID NOT.

just received a call from 507-540-0492 from Rachel at Cardholder Services.
I've had many many calls from Rachel.
I asked too be removed from the list and the "gentleman" that I was transferred to called me a "f_ing b-tch, described sexual positions I might enjoy, etc.
I asked him to stay on the line while I turn on my tracer and he just laughed saying that they cannot be traced and spewed more vile language.
Seriously, if we can find Bin Laden, why can't we exterminate Rachel?

  I have received very sexually explicit remarks when pressing 1 to speak to someone. very disgusting and laughter and f you on some of the calls. the calls come in on a daily basis. I called the police station as now they are becoming very disturbing and I have small children. then police station gave me a blotter number and referred me to my phone carrier. after speaking with my phone carrier they need two successful traces of future calls. I have to *57 to trace. then report to the 1-800 number at the unlawful call center to start a report then file a report to the police station. hope this helps

  I have found that when they start talking about sexual positions, if you turn it on them and talk about them getting anal raped by a camel, they get VERY offended, chew you out in Arabic and then hang up on you.

these scammers have been calling me for years, nothing works, ive tried all thats been discussed, i let my voice catch my messages, works pretty good, i have a new number for my just friends list. i hate to pay for two liines but its worth my quiet time.

These callers are SCAMS. They call all the time. DO not give them any information and you CAN BLOCK them if you have that setting. Here are the numbers that I found to be SCAMMERS!!!! I am keeping a log and will be posting them each time they call!

I get these calls EVERY day as does my 82-year-old mother and everyone I know. Yesterday I picked up by mistake and pushed the button to get them to stop calling. The person who answered said "thank you for calling today." That did not start the conversation well since I have obviously never called them. I asked for the name of their company and their phone number and he proceeded to give me my phone number. When I asked for HIS phone number, he said 1-800 Go F... Yourself and hung up. I will be reporting them to the Attorney General's office.

  This number is not the company making the calls. Clearly when you call it states "credit card services" NOT card member services.

  The number that Mo posted is for Chase Credit Card Services and has NOTHING to do with calls for "Card Member Services". I did call that number and spoke with a very professional Chase employee who said that they are receiving calls and inform people that they are not making those calls. He also said every credit card company and banks have a department called "Card Member Services". The other thing he said was that there is currently a bounty of $10,000 being offered for anyone that can specifically locate the company. He had no further details but said this matter is being taken very seriously.
  
  I try to act interested when they call to see what information I can obtain up until the point that I need to give personal information. Hell, I would even see if they can lower my interest rate in order to get further involved within their organization BUT I have no credit card debt so there is no reason for them to be calling me at all which just proves what liars this organization is.
  
  I have gone has far as saying to the caller "Arent you ashamed to be an employee of this scam company?"

The calls are now not only annoying and frequent, I have gotten abusive responses when I pressed "1" to speak with someone in order to get off the call list. One reply was "You can't get off the call list" followed by a hangup on their part. The reply I received today was actually so sexually explicit and disgusting, I wouldn't print it here.

I have dealt with this and actually had it stop for about 2 months after threatening legal action. But now it is back and worse than ever.
They verbally assault you and hang up.

ISA research. Called at 9:15pm, 8:40, 7:30, 6pm. Finally told them tonight to stop calling and he told me not to get so mad! Then decided to tell me by law he can call until 9:30 pm!

I don't know why this scam is continuing, I even contacted the Attorney General Office and still to
no avail, the calls keep coming. I don't see why this can't be investigatged. Call the number provided
above which is Chase Bank, nothing to do with card member services!!

I get these calls too andhave filed several complaints againt the company. I too have tried talking to a rep and as soon as I tell them to remove me from their list they hang up on me. They'll leave message in your voice mail too. I could never call the company back, as I have gotten message stating that its a non-working number, the line does not receive calls, etc... I wish there was some way to get them to stop calling!!

The only way this people will stop calling is to abuse them so much with foul and abusive laguage that they will find another job and go back to Rachal.lol I found myself to enjoy abuse them and get my daily frostration out and at list I dod't feel bad doing it because they are Morons and Idiots.You do the same, and if Ann send her panties for a new one I will post the picture in here to see her big fat you know what.
Lets all of us collect all the states and #s that they are calling from and post them daily.

I get at least one call per day,sometimes two or three.I have asked to be removed from their call list without success,shouted loudly when they answer after I press 1,but now I press 1 and when they answer I blow a whistle into the phone.That gets them mad and sometimes they call back to complain.It may not stop them but it does give me some sense of satisfaction to know that I have upset them as much as their call upsets me.Their use of phone numbers that are not in use must surely be a fraud on their part as they must be hacking into the phone system.It is time the FBI did something about their crime spree as they are obviously crossing state lines with their crimes,The Do Not Call registry is a total farce,it is useless and does nothing to stop these calls;a waste of government money.

I have been getting calls for about 4 months, sometimes twice a day sometimes once a week. I reported them to the FCC about 2 months ago, there is a place online to file your complaints, it's NOT the Attorney Office, but that may help. I have tried everything from hanging up right away, to see what they would say so I could get more info on them, I told them I am reporting them to the FCC and they hang up, next time I acted like I was interested and asked what this about and they hung up on me, next time after their robotic call I said I don't think I have your company for a credit card and they hung up on me, next time I was asked if I had over $500. in credit card debt they could get me a lower rate, I said I don't have a credit card and they hung up on me again. Their numbers always start with a V, the last number was V325165746002514 three days ago, when I edit that number on my phone it shows 805-309-9725, I just blocked that number see what happens, may help you. How would they even get business as they are hang up happy. By the way I have also yelled at them to STOP calling me!!!!!!! If I have my TV on the number comes up on my screen and I now just let it go to my voice mail. If me blocking the above number doesn't work I just will not answer it again,
