This company at 845-770-0061 keeps calling my cell requesting to verify my name and my address. I asked who they are and why do they want my address. They tell me they want to send a business proposal to me, yet they refuse to give me the name of their company. I looked up the reverse phone number and found the name Paetec Communication in Nyack,New York. I contacted their parent office at 845-675-4485 and STILL nothing has been resolved. I am also on the do not call list and their reply was it does NOT affect us!!! These calls are annoying and upsetting. I told them I am NOT interested and to remove my number at once. I have ALL the phone records on my cell and would appreciate a stop to this harrassment.

    Just got a call from 856-812-5870 - IRS scam - now they are using US numbers because they caught on to people looking it up on the internet.  Hopefully no one falls for this.

    Continuous calls, never leaves a message.  Did  a reverse phone look up and address shows as Pawtucket, RI 02860.  Have no idea who is calling or what is wanted since no message is left,  Very Annoying!!!! Receiving calls at least once a day - tried calling number back, no one answers!!!!!

    This number (202) 558 2544 called me very early this morning at 8:54 AM PDT Claiming to be the IRS. Total BS.

    I have been receiving calls from this company everyday 3 to 4 times a day, they never leave a message,  when I call this number back the recording says, please stay on the line and a representative will be right with you,  not once did they say there name. This phone is in nj. Phone number is 856-861-0693.

    Some scammer (347-390-2727 which is apparently Paetec Communications after doing research) with a foreign accent called my cell# (not sure how she got that #) telling me that her name is Donna Jackson and she's calling from the investigative bureau of the IRS. She let me know that a legal case has been filed under my name and she would like to speak with me before going forward with the case in so many words...That is definitely bogus! Who would call and speak with you on your cell # if IRS related? You would not get a phone call, you would get something in the mail! There are scammers calling land line numbers too, I've had that happen to me too. So anyone else who gets contacted, ignore this number, it's a scam!!

    I am getting phone calls from a paetec phone number 3473900806 stating the federal government is after me taxes filed wrong.  it is a scam but the IRS will not do anything.  So everyone beware

    They have been calling me too stating they are from IRS from unknown numbers and from (863) 440-5581. It's scam don't answer any paetec numbers!

    How do these people get away with this after reading all of the above complaints.  267-396-1072 says they are from Blue Cross and want to send me non-narcotic pain medication.  When I try to call back it is a non-working number.  I reported this to Blue Cross.  Search says it is Paetec Communications.  Legal/Criminal action needs to be taken.  I am reporting to FCC.

    I am so glad that I used to number search to read these comments all of you good people are posting. My husband and I relocated to the east many years back from the Sunshine State California. We are having some family business at this time and are calling back and forth and texting so when I received this call from CA this morning I called them back. It was supposedly a radio station 104.com????? thats a new one lol anyway they asked me a couple of really easy questions and gee I won a cruise to the Bahamas. I was wondering why the cruise ship left out of Boca Raton I believe whatever so here I am. I figured it was something weird and boy did I hit the nail on the head.
    What is that old saying....If it seems to good to be true....it usually is. I am on the DNC register and hope that I can block them but I can be pretty potty mouthed when provoked. Better start practicing. hahaha. Has anyone been able to resolve this issue through blocking?

    I have also been getting calls. They are from my same zip code, so they appear to be local calls. When i did a reverse phone it came up paelec communications, but i dont know if it is a local office or they just get different numbers with different area codes so people think its a local call and answer.

    1 916-862-9292 called and it came back as PAETEC communications.. They didn't know they left me a 3minute long message while they were talking vulgar in the background about their female. Had more than 2 male voices. YIKES
    Where can i turn them in? The man said [***] and hung up the call after realizing it was recording.........

    On march 6 2017 paetec communications volp called me on my cellphone claimed that they were from the federal bureau of investigation and from the IRS and they are investigation me on tax fraud I don't even owe taxes and never done tax fraud I told this paetec communications volp that I know that they are doing a scam that's when they hang up on me I called this number back to see how they answer they just said hello I could hear in the back that paetec communications volp is pulling the same scam they pulling on me I am reporting paetec communications volp to the real IRS and federal bureau of investigation this paetec communications volp should go to jail for phone harassment and falsey saying that they are from the IRS and federal bureau of investigation and falsely accused people of taxes fraud
