This company at 845-770-0061 keeps calling my cell requesting to verify my name and my address. I asked who they are and why do they want my address. They tell me they want to send a business proposal to me, yet they refuse to give me the name of their company. I looked up the reverse phone number and found the name Paetec Communication in Nyack,New York. I contacted their parent office at 845-675-4485 and STILL nothing has been resolved. I am also on the do not call list and their reply was it does NOT affect us!!! These calls are annoying and upsetting. I told them I am NOT interested and to remove my number at once. I have ALL the phone records on my cell and would appreciate a stop to this harrassment.

    Receive calls daily...some days as many as 5 from 7815730033..Paetec in Stoughton Mass. Caller has thick accent ..can't speak proper English.  I told him to open a 7-11

    I was coming home from Canada, from my son's funeral, when I received a call, from 858-218-1310.  The foreign speaking young man said he was calling for Allstate Insurance Company because an insured person had submitted a claim for my services and they needed my tax ID number.  I stated I was on my way home from a funeral and asked if I could call him back tomorrow.  He said he would call back at another time.  I felt it was an odd call, so I looked the number up and found it belongs to Paetec.  I had never heard of Paetec.  Now, after everything I have read here, I will be ready for this guy, because Allstate would contact me themselves.  Plus, being a paralegal, I should be able to set the young fellow straight.

    I want them to go away-
    This number has an even different location- 631-870-1612, Suffolk County Long Island NY. I get hits for either Central Islip or Mt. Sinai as towns when trying to look it up. I have moved out of state, and this number has called my cell before, but I answered today (yay me). Would not say why they are calling, asked for me by name, not happening, She (in accent i couldn't figure out, almost as of she was disguising it). Other calls never left a message.

    The company Paetec From Los Angeles, CA area keep calling and say nothing. We have finally turned them in to the government no call list  Hopefully they can do something about these intruders! Apparently they have nothing more important to do than to annoy people making phone calls to individuals.

    315-280-4344 Oneida County A, Paetec phone. Calls multiple times every day.  Wants you to do a survey and will call back if you are selected for their daily prize.

    I don't believe DoNotCall Service is doing their job - I received a call from 321-214-2843 saying that I owe money to IRS and if I don't pay by giving then m y CC# - the sheriff will arrest me and will face I don't know how many years in jail. I was in a m eeting and I believe the call was around 3 to 3:00 PM - Today, at 2.35 PM received the same call, the same record, the same voice saying they have been trying to contact me to advice me to pay what I owe to IRS or I will face jail. I checked and this n umber belongs to PETEC Comm. Inc.  in Winer Park, Florida. Perhaps you would be able to stop this type of call and do the job that DoNotCall are supposed to do. Thank you for your time.

    got a call 562-667-2506 norwalk, ca, robert morris with a distinctive west indian accent, tells me the magistrate will be filing a case for the us treasury if i don't call 818-446-7363, which is also listed in norwalk but the area code is actually in san fernando, miles away from norwalk, so i call the 562 # and question i ues mrs norris, don't let her get a word in edge wise, tell her she's a fraud and i will continue to call her, she hangs up...call back get mr morris and tell hiim he's a fraud, that  i'm reporting him. call 7 times more, the last one with a sing songy..you're going to jail for about 2 minutes and that i reported him both to my local pd and the treasury dept hung up waited 1/2 hour now the # goes into a circuit busy...not to worry, i got his # on speed dial, i will be returnning the favor
    many times in the next few weeks, i work early early, so the first call will be around 2am

    Number comes up as "SDDS HOLDINGS" 679-992-2430, but listed in white pages as Paetec
    Communications.  They never leave a message

    I have this number that says Franklin first on my caller ID and I reversed the number which is 516-740-2956 and got paetec communications.. They call everyday and as soon and I pick up they hang up. I'm getting really annoyed with this!! Do people not have lives!!! Who the hell made calling and harassing people a damn job?!?!?

    The person contacting me claimed to be from the Department of the Treasury and that they found a tax against me.
    Clearly these people do not know much about the IRS.
    The number they gave me was an even better demonstration on their ignorance. The person stated that their number is (213) 2266-0228.
    I guess they don't know how many numbers there are in a phone number.
    I eliminated one of the 2s and the reverse look up traced back to a cell phone number for Paetec Communications in Los Angeles, CA
    I do wish that the FTC would bust some of these scammers.

    I get them from someone saying they are the IRS and they are going to put me in Jail. I have looked online and found the IRS does not call people like that but I could have had a heart attack and been sent to the ER if I was rich and thought I made a mistake.

    This company or person calls me 4 to 7 times a day. They never respond, answer, or acknowledge their call or me answering. It's a call, and then they instantly hang up upon me answering. When placed in voicemail there is never a message. This has been going on for a week now.

    I keep getting phone calls from 607-304-4467.  I checked the number and it is registered to Paetec.  I called the number and the voice mail states Pioneer recovery.  Every time a woman leaves a message she said it is about Robert Williams.  I don't know a Robert Williams. They just started calling last week.  They call twice a day...
