They call me at all hours of the day. I am on a maternity leave and they have been calling my office every day. They accuse my coworkers in lying and covering for me because they say that I am on leave.  I tried to talk to them but they are threatening me with police and say  they will take my vehicle.

    I 10000% agree!! They are absolutely horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I cannot this company employs people like this who are so mean, just down right evil!!!!!!!!!!

    i myself am getting theses horriable calls from CPS telling me they are coming after me for the balance owed on the vehicle. Did CPS ever attached your wages? Dont they have to get a court order to do so? Does anyone have any information?

    I am a Front Desk Rep at a chain hotel. One of our employees has a car loan with CPS and he is being harassed daily by these people. It has now come to them calling the hotel phone and harassing me when I answer the phone, and I have to answer the phone, it's my job. These people have told me that "i am nothing and i need to get off my [***] and find the employee and put him on the phone now." The man that calls will never give me his name or contact phone number even though i have asked for it numerous time. He then proceeded to ask me my first and last name so that he can take action against me for not cooperating. i know that he cannot do that, however, there has to be something that i can do. I do not even have a car loan through these people and they are harassing me. any advise?

    I am with you also, they do need to be held accountable, starting with the CEO and then all the staff that work for them.  They caused stress on my mother who was already ill, and because of the stress they killed my mother and we have witnesses who can verify the phone calls.

    If you can get everyone together on the complaint list, lets turn the tables on CPS.  For one week every hour call CPS and ask them if they have turned themselves in for illegal collection and lending practices.  If they hand up keep calling back, and give them their own "S***" back.  If they start calling again and continue we will run the cycle of calls again. Really screw up their call center

    I agree this company (Cps) has giving me hell since day one.they call and harrase me  when im a day late which they have no grace period.they wont wait for payment it has to bein when its due.They dnt want to here why or when u can make it,its just total rudeness,and they have no respect for u and treat u like dirt.I just owe one more year and im done with the company,never well i again get them as a loaner.I didnt authorize a check and they put it there and made all my activy all ready in there bounce,and still made me send in a payment,or else would repo.

    Please!!! count me in on the lawsuit to these crooks. I just lost my car to these ripoffs after paying 14000 in the last 3-1/2 years and not one late payment on my credit with these suckers. My email address is mommatracey@yahoo.com

    This company repo my car and my payment records state the loan was paid in full. I file a complaint with the Federal Trades Commission and Better Business. Now I am looking into a Lawyer that will take on a class action. I had been harrassed by this company to the extreme of them calling my job, family members and friends. I my loan was paid in full and the stole my vehicle on 12/30/10. If anyone is serious about a class action please leave you email address at cdt_1120@yahoo.com

    My husband and I are going thru the same thing at this very moment . I hate there phone calls I disreagard them every chance I get. They call my husband at work and tell him the same thing , they are gonna take his car unless he makes a payment by 5pm . They have also taken money out of the bank with out our permission and caused us to bounce things . And of course they had no remourse for doing so . I think these people neeed to rot in hell . I dont think it is fair that they can do the things they are doing . I feel that they need to be STOPPED no one deserves to be treated the way they treat people . I am so over this company ,i want to transfer it to some other company or I am really at the point to just let them come get our peice of [***] . I would so be in for the law suit. Again they need to be stopped .

    One more thing is that they are trying to STEAL 300.00 dollars from us at this very moment.I sent a payment in last january and they said they didnt get it ,so i just called money gram and they did get it they are just trying to keep it so they can come get our car . I tell you what lets do this lawsuit cause i would like to see them rot ,How dare they do that to us . Please let me know about the lawsuit my email is

OMG for what ?????? she told me that the computer system is not accurate and not to go by that what a joke!!!!! Is anyone else having a problem with the intrest? There have been many payments just going to that and .01 cent going toward the car !!!! If you have not yet looked online Please do so they are taking more money from us than they should !!!!!!! WE NEED TO STOP THEM .........

    My car was totaled in a car accident....i had Gap insurance so the car was paid off...they are still coming after me for what i don't know.  They got there money for the car.  Now they are detaching my wages and wont return a call to me!  please help!!

    We need to make a stand !!!!!! They have done that to alot of people I have heard ..... I have been trying to get a hold of them all day and imagine that they wont talk to me. I have called a lawyer of my own .I want away from this company . They are driving me mad . I dont know who to talk to about a civil suit but as soon as i figure it out i will let everyone know . They need to be shut down for good .

    I called 3 times today and left a message and no return phone call.  Everytime i call i get a voice mail.  I don't know what to do?!!  I can't have them attach my wages that would be the worst ever! i already have a 20% wage cut.  Now what do i do if they don't return my call.  UGH!!

    My wage cut is not from any other debt.  The company i work for cut everyones hours back over a year ago.  Someone please help with any ideas on what to do.

    I dont know what to do anymore !!!! I just know something has to be done . Go to a lawyer in your town and ask them what you should do . That is what I am doing . I have been trying all day and of course when the shoe is on the other foot they dont want to talk to you. I have been waiting on a call since saturday. I am really about to my breaking point . Let me know if you talk to a lawyer and what they say maybe we can find out how we can get a cival suit started .

    The people that work at CPS Are GHETTO and rude as hell. I have one payment left and They continue to call my mother who has asked them to stop calling there that I dont live there and they hung up on her. I called them today and told them I just talked to them last week and that I was making my finial payment tomorrow. She said to me that I must have been having a conversation with myself and that I was getting of the subject of oweing her money. I dont owe her anything. This company needs to get ran into the ground they are rude disrespectful and GHETTO. Karma is a [***] and this company is going to get hit with it when they have no customers left. And for the company that referred me to them they can kiss my ass too
