They call me at all hours of the day. I am on a maternity leave and they have been calling my office every day. They accuse my coworkers in lying and covering for me because they say that I am on leave.  I tried to talk to them but they are threatening me with police and say  they will take my vehicle.

    I bought my SUV in 2009 got behind in my payments and decided it was best to let it go voluntariy repossessed.  Now they are calling me at work and harassing me.  I definelty want in this class action lawsuit and sue the hell out them.

    WOW!  Its nice to know that I am not the only one having issues with "CPS".  A deer hit my car earlier this year.  I took it to the shop to have it fixed.  They messed it up pretty bad so after several days I got up with CPS.  They said they would not remit payment to said shop until I sent them a leter of satisfaction for my vehicle.  I refused to do so until they fixed it right.  Three days later CPS sent them the check.  The Shop shut down and my vehicle looks like crap.  They call and harass my cell phone at least 3 times a day because I am falling behind.  If they do call my work I will let them come get the vehicle.  I would love to be involved in the lawsuit.  Eddie.  ebrinson3693@gmail.com

    I also have been a victim of harassment and wrong doings from this company. Anything I can do to help I will do.My vehicle was traded in and paid in full and the company acts as if they have no knowledge of this or anything. Matt was the credit collector dealing with me and was just horrendous. I have phone records, emails, and witnesses of all the laws and rules they have broken.

    I would like to be part of this class lawsuit or file itmtself I have been harrassed over and over even by the supervisor they are very rude and they will hang the phone  up on you anytime while your talking my payment didn't even reach the 30 day of being late and they were tryng to harrass me and has left extremley bad messages from a person who doesn't speek English very well my loan was forwarded to them when
    my original company went out of business I have been stresses out by this company and I am fighting cancer someone please help me

    SO OVER CPS
    This company has done the same thing to me. I am a Lupus patient and recently had a really bad flair that kept me out of work for 3 and a half weeks and kept me in and out of the ER for those 3 almost 4 weeks.  They kept calling me and asked me to borrow the money from a friend, neighbor or family member.  Can you believe this over a measly $200 dollars and when I asked if I could pay on my following pay day which was in 4 days from the 30 millionth call I received, I was told that if I did not make a payment by the following day they would set an appointment to come and pick up my car because obviously I could not afford it. Then when I took out a loan to pay and called them to make the payment, I was harrassed and told that I did not have to have an attitude which I didn't and was asked why I was making a $200 payment instead of a full payment and when I was explaining this to the 10th CSR of course I was aggravated and asked if I could just make the payment.  Needless to say him and I stayed on the phone going back and forth about my "attitude" for 30 minutes until I was completely fed up, hung up and called back and finally was able to submit my payment.  Lawsuit...OOOOHHHHH Yeah!! These people are horrible!

    I don't even have a car loan with this company and they have called twice in the past 2 weeks. Our loan is through GM and is paid early or on time each month.
    They don't leave a message when they call either, so obviously they know they have the wrong number.

    I am completely in agreement with the lack of professionalism that CPS shows its clients. I mean my husband got laid off 3 weeks after we bought our car, and we got a little behind when I told them we only needed 2 weeks to get it caught up they told me that the car was more important than my electric bill and my kids and that the payment needed to be into them by 4pm that day. I was like are you serious. We dealt with them calling people who werent related to us and people who were, recently the calls have stopped amazingly and when we do contact them they are not as rude but I won't even contact them myself cause of the way they have treated me its crazy and they should be shut down.
