This scam has been operating here in Ohio for months.  They won't respond to the number on the web.  We are getting electronic messages 2 and 3 times a day.  How  may I get my phone number removed from these people? Karen Inman

It appears that no one in authority will exercise the power of their position to shut this harassing, nuisance down even though it is a violation of our privacy. They are not in the business of really helping people with their credit card problems but rather "fishing" with a large "net" snagging  unsuspecting people. I think it (Cardholder's Services ) will continue to plague the general public, especially seniors, who this company feels are "ripe for the pickings". Again, will someone who has a big set of"....." stand up and shut this Scam operation down!!!!

Okay enough is enough. We need an attorney to accept a class action against the Telco's for allowing these spoofed IP phone calls to be passed over their networks. I am sick and tired of getting these calls. When you hit 1 and get a live person they are claiming to represent all major credit card companies including AMX. Then they ask how much total debt you have and when you challenge them with if you are from Cardholder Services you should know, they claim that they only know the phone number and not any of the account info. Whey you ask them for a phone number for their company they hang up on you. Can NOT be a legit business if they would hang up on a potential customer.

They get rude, then hang up when I asked to be removed from the call list.

There must be a lawyer getting these calls.  The government won't act.

Wish we could track one of them down, then find a combat veteran to 'have a talk about their kneecaps'.

Have received these robo calls on both my cell phone and our house land line from "Cardholder Services"  to reduce my interest rate.  The human that comes on is always someone with a foreign accent.  When I ask him where his company is located he usually says Atlanta.  When asked why his number comes up as a local number, he usually hangs up on me but today he went into the chant F--- you, F--- you, until I hung up.  I'm tired of these calls and the FTC is trying  but it is probably impossible to stop until  someone scams them back.

I've gotten numerous ROBO calls from Rachel.  The recording sounds the same  but the calls come from different phone numbers.  On my last call, the number on my caller ID was a spoofed number, so there is no way to report it to the FTC.  I doubt there is a real company called Cardholder Services, just a way to steal credit card numbers.
