This scam has been operating here in Ohio for months.  They won't respond to the number on the web.  We are getting electronic messages 2 and 3 times a day.  How  may I get my phone number removed from these people? Karen Inman

I have pushed "3" but every time I ask to be taken off the list or even to speak to a supervisor, they hang up on me. WTF??? I will be contacting the FFC tonight!! So sick of this!

We too are getting these calls several times a week and despite pressing the #3 to make them STOP calling (to get off their call list as they instruct), they keep calling!  We have never had any credit card debt so we can't even imagine being one of their customers, presuming they are even a legitimate service (but given their behavior, more like a scam).  When I do press #1 to speak to one of their representatives, I say I'm not at all interested in being a customer and want to be off their list!!!  Before I can get the sentence out, they hang up on me.  No number appears in the ID so I can't call back; I can't get off their list; and they hang up if you want to complain.  The only alternative seems to be to not answer the phone if it rings without a caller ID.  That's a hassle since sometimes I don't have my glasses on when I answer the phone.  And one of our phones doesn't have the caller ID screen on it.  I feel a real mounting anger over these harrassing calls.

These low lives have been bugging me for over a year.  I recommend filing a complaint with the FCC at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx.  I also do not hand up the phone until I hear the dial tone from the phone company, at least that adds to their bill and keeps the line busy for a while so they can't bug others.

Lets all do this.  Push the number to accept their help (usually a 1), then tell as long of story as we can.  Something about owing over 15,000 and losing a job and not knowing how to stop the rising debt.  Then tell about our last vacation and how important our credit card is to our fututre and how much fun we always have and the blue beaches and tall mountains and we are really glad they called and, and, and....  Until they give up and hang up.  Do this for every call.  Im guessing that the hundreds of us working together this way can waste their time so much they can only make a few calls a day.  Slow it down for all of us and they might give up.

    Im doing my part.

Same thing happened to me, both on my cell and my house phone.  When I asked to be put on "The Do Not call" List they hang up.  When I called back the number on my caller ID, it says "You have reached a number that is not in service."   I will be making a phone call to the FCC!!!

I just got a call from them asked to speak with the supervisor... When the supervisor got on the phone I told him  "I have asked before to put taking off there call list but yet I am still getting calls." He said  "the only way to do that is take the phone and shove it up your ass. You wanted to speak to me for this you [***]." Does anyone know who they are and how to contact them?

"Im guessing that the hundreds of us working together this way can waste their time so much they can only make a few calls a day"

Autodialers don't have to stop dialing when no agents are available, unfortunately, so it won't make a difference.  The best thing to do is to report them a few times to DNC and FCC, then file a police report for harassment -- because it *is* harassment.  Enough of those reports get made and someone will start listening, hunt them down (it can't possibly be that hard!), and put a stop to it.

They called today (not mentioning Rachel, maybe her reputation has spread, but I recognized “Consider this your final notice”–don’t I wish), and their representative asked for my credit card’s expiration date. I gave him one (and made sure it was not the one that actually went with my credit card). Then he asked for my credit card NUMBER. This is the first time this has happened (the last time they asked for the bank’s 800 customer service number) and it is outright evidence of criminal intent.

I told their rep I did not have the card with me, and I would have to go get it. I kept him waiting a good 5 minutes, and he finally asked, “Are you sure you are looking for the card?” I replied that I hadn’t been looking for it at all, and I was on the Do Not Call List. He said angrily, “I bet you think that’s funny, don’t you?” I said it was funny as hell and that, if he didn’t want it to happen again, his organization should never call my number again. I think he hung up before the last part but he was obviously mad while I was not upset at all, so he got stressed and I didn’t. Keeping somebody on hold while you read the paper, work on the computer, or whatever is probably the rudest and most disrespectful thing you can do–worse than cursing them out (they just hang up) or telling them not to call you again (they just hang up).

The problem is there is no way to report them because it's impossible to trace the call's origin. I once (and only once) strung them along and got them to give me a number where I could call them back once I "found" my credit card information. I called back to make sure they had not given me the number of an innocent third party (which they have done) and then promptly turned them in for a Do Not Call violation. That's $500 a pop so maybe that is why they will NEVER give you a valid call back number nowadays.

The most effective thing might be to keep them holding for as long as possible while you "look" for the information.

One can only hope that these clowns that belittle themselves and experience xtasy by annoying folks they don`t know are truly sick.

I wish that C E O`s and all other creeps that enjoy pestering people including their family members all suffer the most severe trauma (fire, aids, clapp, cripple, invalid etc.)

Today when they called and I asked to be on the do not call list, the man asked me to "shake my booty and rub my titties" and then asked "how big is your bra size", "can I have a french kiss". Offensive to say the least, how can I report them?

This is the number that calls me: 1-347-260-1495

I think that enough people got together or signed a petition and went up against the President of the company we may get some results. I have tried numerous ways to ask politely to stop calling. I even acted interested one time and the guy became nice. I informed him that I don't have credit problems so his services wouldn't be beneficial could he possibly have my number removed. He told me sure and we hung up. I still get calls! I think legal action may be best. But who has that kinda time?

Literally, I bought a whistle, when they call I press the number to speak to someone and when they pick up I blow the whistle as loud as possible (ear splitting) until they hang up.  OMG this is so much fun !!!!

I have been getting these calls for years. At one time or another, I have tried every single suggestion posted on this string of complaints. I have been cursed and insulted by them and the calls have never stopped coming. I find it absolutely amazing that anybody could be so STUPID as to actually respond to this obvious scam and lose their money or have their identity stolen, but, there must be some who do, or this crap would have stopped by now.  I think we have to realize that these callers are CRIMINALS and therefore could not care less about FCC complaints and do not call lists. Evidently, law enforcement at the local, state, and national levels are powerless to locate and arrest these thieves. Therefore, the ONLY way this will ever be stopped is if enough people get together and hire a private detective to physically locate these crooks, have them arrested, and put them out of business. Boy, would I like to see that!

I have gotten calls from 9 different area codes,
talked to one dummy once and asked not to call again,
she said they are not the only ones calling,
"There are many sites that call".
"ok as---ole you are number one".
